一种自发热睡袋垫，包括睡袋垫体，其特性是：睡袋垫由垫套和垫芯组成，睡袋垫套外侧面有拉链开口或魔术贴开口（方便换洗），垫芯内有电池式电热丝层，电热丝电源线连接外挂装饰挂件，挂件内有带开关的电源装置。

装饰挂件外形可制作成任何适合的外形，包括异形。

2.根据权利要求1所述的自发热睡袋垫，其特征是：提供电热丝层电能的电源装置为可充电式蓄电池装置。
