本实用新型涉及一种用滚塑工艺加工成的塑料家具，具体涉及一种既可照明装饰又可坐人的发光坐凳，属于国际专利分类B29C技术领域。
背景技术
公知技术中的坐凳，一般仅有落座的功能，尽管可以设计成各种标新立异的样式，但其功能是比较单一的，特别是不具备发光的功能。假如希望坐在凳子上看书看报，需要借助于外界光源。也有直接在座椅、凳的设计中添加了安装灯具的，但是这样实际上更加浪费能源。同时，凳体本身除去实用价值之外，一般很难具备艺术装饰效果。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的，是弥补上述现有技术中的不足，提供一种既可照明亦可发挥坐凳功能的新型室内外家俱——发光坐凳。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种发光坐凳，它为中空的鼓形坐凳，包括由聚乙烯材料通过滚塑工艺成型的透光鼓形外壳，该鼓形外壳的底部有一密封塑料底盖，鼓形外壳内装有锂电池电源和LED发光灯。塑料底盖由自攻螺丝锁住，底盖与外壳之间有一硅橡胶密封垫。该硅橡胶密封垫的厚度为3mm-6mm。
本实用新型的发光坐凳，采用锂电池提供电源，以LED节能灯做光源，可方便移动。它采用了透光的聚乙烯塑料做外壳，用滚塑工艺成型，这种外壳具有透光性、耐候性，耐紫外线照射、耐低温冲击。其外形呈鼓形，外形美观，又方便落座。本实用新型可用于室内、室外，既可以照明装饰又可以实用坐人，是一种设计独特的新型家俱。

具体实施方式
参见图1，坐凳的外壳1为美观的艺术造型——鼓形，鼓形的外壳1内装有作为电源的锂电池7和LED发光灯2，鼓形外壳1底部有一密封塑料底盖10，由自攻螺丝锁住；塑料底盖10与聚乙烯外壳1之间，有一3mm-6mm厚的硅橡胶做的硅橡胶密封垫9。电源可有遥控和手动两种开关。这种造型且十分便利落座，意将艺术融于生活。本实用新型的坐凳为中空形状，这种形状无法采用传统的注射成型工艺，如采用传统的吹塑成型工艺会有很多困难。首先吹塑不能吹出壁厚的产品，而如没有足够厚度就不能支撑人体的重量。另外，吹塑工艺形成的产品，在直角部位壁厚较薄，不能满足强度的要求，所以须采用滚塑工艺进行制作。
参见图2，LED灯珠4装配在LED光源电板5上，底盖10上安有轻触式开关8，开关8与底盖10之间有开关硅胶盖11；塑料底盖10的中央装有电池外盒6，电池外盒6中装有1500mA的锂电池7。LED光源电板5上还装有红外线遥控接收头3。

1.一种发光坐凳，其特征在于：它为中空的鼓形坐凳，包括由聚乙烯材料通过滚塑工艺成型的透光鼓形外壳，该鼓形外壳的底部有一密封塑料底盖，鼓形外壳内装有锂电池电源和LED发光灯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发光坐凳，其特征在于：所述的塑料底盖由自攻螺丝锁住，底盖与外壳之间有一硅橡胶密封垫。
3.根据权利要求2所述的发光坐凳，其特征在于：所述的硅橡胶密封垫，其厚度为3mm-6mm。
