本实用新型的结构包括鞋底1和鞋帮2，鞋帮2由鞋帮前部5和鞋帮后部4组成，鞋帮前部5和鞋帮后部4之间有拉链3连接，鞋帮后部4和鞋底1之间有拉链3连接。
当人们外出时拉上鞋帮前部5和鞋帮后部4之间的拉链，拉上鞋帮后部4和鞋底1之间的拉链3，方便室外活动；当人们在室内时，拉开拉链3，取下鞋帮后部4，鞋子即可当做拖鞋穿，方便在室内活动。
