具体实施方式
如图1所示，圆筒1两端开口，圆筒1的内径应与毛笔杆4的外径匹配，以使得圆筒1既能套在笔杆4上左右滑动，又能在笔头3处因摩擦而实现稳固连接。
使用时，只需将圆筒1从笔尾5处套入，再滑动圆筒1至笔头3处，罩在笔毛2外侧，就可将笔毛2与外部隔离，起到保护作用。
为增强密封及保护效果，圆筒1的一端（图中左端）应设置可开合的笔盖6，并使之处于常闭状态。
