技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种自动反冲洗过滤器。
背景技术
目前，处理污水所用的自动反冲洗过滤器，是利用外部截止阀的转换，来实现对过滤网的反冲洗，这种转换需人工或动力实现，其结构复杂、笨重，阀板与外部的连接杆处易渗水，需经常维护，增加使用成本。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：提供一种结构简单操作方便，降低使用成本的自动反冲洗过滤器。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型有外壳、筒形滤网、阀板和排污阀，在外壳内设有弹簧和水堵，弹簧的一端固定在外壳的横柱上，另一端与阀板固定，水堵由拉绳与阀板连接，阀板中心轴固定在筒形滤网上，在筒形滤网的一端设有底盖，排污阀的水管设在底盖上。
使用本实用新型可以降低生产成本，操作方便。

具体实施方式
由图1、图2可知：本实用新型有外壳1、筒形滤网2、阀板7和排污阀3，在外壳1内设有弹簧5和水堵4，弹簧5的一端固定在外壳1的横柱上，另一端与阀板7固定，水堵4由拉绳6与阀板7连接，阀板中心轴8固定在筒形滤网2上，在筒形滤网2的一端设有底盖9，排污阀3的水管设在底盖9上。
使用本实用新型，过滤工作时排污阀3关闭，由于弹簧5的拉力使得阀板7的平面与水流方向平行，此时阀板7呈开启状态，图2中的箭头指的是过滤工作时的水流方向。图1所示反冲洗时，排污阀3打开，污水流冲击水堵4，拉动阀板7，使之呈关闭状态，水流按箭头方向由筒形滤网2的外部冲向内部实现对筒形滤网2的部分反冲洗，污物从排污阀3排出，排污冲洗完毕，关闭排污阀3，由于弹簧5的作用，使得阀板7重新打开，恢复过滤状态。

1.一种自动反冲洗过滤器，它有外壳(1)、筒形滤网(2)、阀板(7)和排污阀(3)，其特征在于：在外壳(1)内设有弹簧(5)和水堵(4)，弹簧(5)的一端固定在外壳(1)的横柱上，另一端与阀板(7)固定，水堵(4)由拉绳(6)与阀板(7)连接，阀板中心轴(8)固定在筒形滤网(2)上，在筒形滤网(2)的一端设有底盖(9)，排污阀(3)的水管设在底盖(9)上。
