Abstract
本实用新型提供一种使用材料弹性好、经济方便的根管桩核模型。其包括根管桩(1)、核(2),根管桩(1)插入根管内起固位作用,根管口的唇面颈部做成弧形凹面,制备成0.5~1mm的肩台,舌面颈部做成45°斜面,核(2)是露在根管口外带冠的部分,与根管桩(1)相连接。采用这样的结构可以为残根、冠修复提供良好的固位形和抗力形,防止根管桩核的松脱。
Description
一、技术领域:本实用新型涉及一种医疗器械装置,尤其是一种根管桩核模型。
二、背景技术:现今临床工作中,对于残根、残冠经根管治疗后,一般采用嵌体蜡、嵌体蜡+不锈钢丝或嵌体蜡+竹签、硅橡胶等方法制作根管桩核模型。应用嵌体蜡、嵌体蜡+不锈钢丝或嵌体蜡+竹签等制作,存在取不到位、易变性等缺点,不利于临床与技工之间的传递,而且铸造成型后密合度低、固位差;应用硅橡胶制作存在不易操作,不易取全,造价高等缺陷,给临床工作带来很多麻烦。
三、发明内容:本实用新型的目的在于提供一种使用材料弹性好、经济方便,操作方法简单,制作的根管桩核模型易调整,精确、不易变形。其包括根管桩、核,根管桩插入根管内起固位作用,根管口的唇面颈部做成弧形凹面,制备成0.5~1mm的肩台,舌面颈部做成45°斜面,核是露在根管口外带冠的部分,与根管桩相连接。采用这样的结构可以为残根、冠修复提供良好的固位形和抗力形,防止根管桩核的松脱。

五、具体实施例:按照桩冠修复的原则制备根面与根管,根管口的唇面颈部做成弧形凹面,制备成0.5~1mm的肩台,舌面颈部尽量做成45°斜面,清洗残渣。取经消毒处理的粘结成品塑胶牙底部的塑胶板,按照测试的根管长度和宽度,以技工钳钳取部分部分塑胶板,插入根管内调试,大小宽窄合适后备用。调制自凝树脂成糊状,用根管扩大针卷棉花浸湿单 体,将自凝树脂糊剂充满根管内,再将已备好的塑胶棒沾满自凝树脂糊剂轻轻插入根管内,待其初凝而又不硬时,轻轻拔出树脂桩检查,若桩完好,与管壁无粘连,再次插入根管就位,待其完全凝固后取出,以牙钻修整除去多余的部分,把根管桩1口外部分制备成桩核2,调试,至大小形状合适、摘戴自如、检查无误,完成根管桩核模型的制作。

1.根管桩核模型,其特征在于:包括根管桩(1)、核(2),根管桩(1)插入根管内起固位作用,根管口的唇面颈部做成弧形凹面,制备成0.5~1mm的肩台,舌面颈部做成45°斜面,核(2)是露在根管口外带冠的部分,与根管桩(1)相连接。
