背景技术
水力发电的电厂一般均建在水量充沛的区域,但是近年来环境恶劣,气候变化加剧,很多原来水量温度偏高,降水偏少或变化不大,地面蒸发总量增大,土壤湿度明显降低,干旱区域进一步扩大。气候的变化也直接影响了电厂流域的降雨量,从而使电厂装机容量利用率降低。

本实用新型的技术解决问题是:克服现有技术的不足,提供一种环保节能的增加电厂发电量的装置。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:这种增加电厂发电量的装置,包括空中的携带凝结核的飞机和地面上的多普勒雷达、服务器计算机,飞机上的空中通讯设备通过无线电与地面通迅设备连接,地面通讯设备通过网络与服务器计算机连接,服务器还通过网络与多普勒雷达、飞机上的客户端计算机相连。
由于本装置通过人工增雨设备向电厂流域上空的云层播撒凝结核来增加电厂流域的水能,这样就很好地利用了自然界本身来增加电厂的发电量,达到环保节能的效果。

具体实施方式
这种增加电厂发电量的装置的原理是通过人工增雨设备向电厂流域上空的云层播撒凝结核,从而增加电厂流域的水能,以便增加电厂发电量。
优选地,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)利用多普勒雷达获得电厂流域上空的天气背景数据,确定人工增雨的时间和位置;
(2)在步骤(1)的时间和位置利用飞机播撒作为凝结核的干燥剂,同时飞机上装有温度湿度探测设备,并通过通讯设备与地面联系;
(3)地面通过通讯设备获得飞机所在位置的温度湿度,利用服务器来确定地面上的火箭和高炮的发射角度,然后通过火箭和高炮发射凝结核。

2.根据权利要求1所述的增加电厂发电量的装置,其特征在于,地面上还设有携带凝结核的火箭和高炮,其接收服务器计算机的信号确定发射角度。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的增加电厂发电量的装置,其特征在于,凝结核是干燥剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的增加电厂发电量的装置,其特征在于,飞机上装有机载碘化银发生器、液碳播撒装置,粒子测量系统、机载温湿度测量系统、GPS空-地数据传输系统、机载微波辐射计和机载热线含水量仪。
