本实用新型提供一种防水电池的熔接线结构,电池面壳的下端设置有超声线,电池底壳上设置超声槽,所述超声线顶端与所述超声槽配合形成熔接线结构,在所述超声槽位置设置有一阻挡凸起,所述阻挡凸起与所述底壳形成一直型槽,所述超声线与所述直型槽配合。其有益效果是,通过在电池底壳上设置阻挡凸起,使超声线能无间隙地与超声槽配合,采用单面斜胶,超声密封效果好;同时,超声槽做了定向斜面,能在超声时引导超声线很好的与超声槽进行配合,这样超声的产品就不会溢胶,且超声后不会有合壳断差及刮手等外观不良现象。

背景技术
现有电池的熔接线结构包括相互配合超声线和超声槽,超声线都是设计为三角形,参看附图,图1为现有电池的熔接线结构分解图,图2为现有电池的熔接线结构组合图,由于超声槽未做斜面,在超声时容易出现超声打滑、熔接密封性差等问题,导致外观刮手及其他超声熔胶效果不佳而直接影响超声产品品质。

本实用新型为解决上述技术问题,提供一种防水电池的熔接线结构。
本实用新型实现发明目的采用的技术方案是,一种防水电池的熔接线结构,电池面壳的下端设置有超声线,电池底壳上设置超声槽,所述超声线顶端与所述超声槽配合形成熔接线结构,在所述超声槽位置设置有一阻挡凸起,所述阻挡凸起与所述底壳形成一直型槽,所述超声线与所述直型槽配合。
更好地,所述超声线的顶端为三角形,所述超声槽为与所述超声线的顶端相配合的斜坡结构。

参看附图3,一种防水电池的熔接线结构,电池面壳1的下端设置有超声线3,电池底壳2上设置超声槽4,超声线3顶端与所述超声槽4配合形成熔接线结构,在超声槽3位置设置有一阻挡凸起5,阻挡凸起5与底壳2形成一直型槽,超声线3与所述直型槽配合形成熔接线结构。超声线3的顶端设计为三角形,超声槽4为与超声线3的顶端相配合的斜坡结构。
