本实用新型公开了一种换热器管,包括管体,在所述管体的内表面或者外表面搪涂有玻璃层,或者在所述管体的内表面和外表面均搪涂有玻璃层。优选所述管体为螺纹管体。搪涂的玻璃层耐烟气中硫酸等酸性物质的腐蚀,提高了空气换热器的耐磨损性能和使用寿命;玻璃层表面光滑,不易结灰,污染热阻系数小,烟气流通阻力小,长期运行节能。尤其当管体采用螺纹管时,同样长度的管子具有更大的换热面积,烟气在螺纹管内螺旋前行,加大了与管外空气的热交换能力,提高了换热效率。换热设备采用螺纹管可以减少受热面积,缩小换热设备的整体尺寸,降低材料消耗,节省初投资。

本实用新型涉及换热器技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种空气换热器用的换热器管。
背景技术
空气换热器是利用锅炉尾部烟气的热量加热燃料燃烧所需的空气以提高锅炉效率的热交换设备,由许多薄壁钢管与钢板组成。运行时,烟气走管内,空气走管外(或者烟气走管外,空气走管内),吸收了烟气热量的换热器管将热量传递给空气,使进入锅炉前的空气预热到一定温度,从而提高锅炉的热交换性能,降低能量消耗。目前,普通光管式空气换热器因结构简单、使用和安装方便,造价低,广泛用于石油、冶金、化工等领域,但其换热效率及使用寿命并不理想,特别是近几年来,由于燃料资源供应紧张,燃煤中的含硫量高,导致锅炉的烟气中含硫量升高,对空气换热器的腐蚀性加剧,大大缩短了设备的使用寿命。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种耐腐蚀、换热效果好、使用寿命长的空气换热器用的换热器管。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案是:换热器管,包括管体,在所述管体的内表面或者外表面搪涂有玻璃层,或者在所述管体的内表面和外表面均搪涂有玻璃层。
作为优选的技术方案,所述管体为螺纹管体。
作为优选的技术方案,所述管体为光管管体。
作为优选的技术方案,所述玻璃层的厚度为0.2mm~0.3mm。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本实用新型的有益效果是:由于在所述换热器管的管体内表面或者外表面搪涂有玻璃层,或者在其内表面和外表面均搪涂有玻璃层,利用玻璃耐硫酸等酸性物质腐蚀的特性,可以解决烟气的硫腐蚀问题,提高空气换热器的使用寿命;同时,换热器内烟气流速大,含尘量高,由于玻璃的硬度远远高于钢的硬度,管体内、外表面搪涂玻璃层后可以极大地提高换热器管的耐磨损性能;玻璃层表面光滑,是钢的表面的20倍,不易结灰,比普通钢管的污染热阻系数小,烟气流通阻力小,长期运行节能。
当所述的管体采用螺纹管时,同样长度的管子具有更大的换热面积,烟气在螺纹管内螺旋前行,加大了与管外空气的热交换能力,提高了换热效率。换热设备采用螺纹管可以减少受热面积,缩小换热设备的整体尺寸,降低材料消耗,节省初投资。
