背景技术
现有的感应炉专用线圈由上水冷圈、感应线圈和下水冷圈依次叠加构成。其不足之处是:一是强度差;二是制作复杂、成本高。
实用新型内容
设计目的:避免背景技术中的不足之处,设计一种强度高、制作简便的一种用于冶金感应炉的整体式线圈。
设计方案:为了实现上述设计目的。上水冷圈、感应线圈和下水冷圈为一根铜管绕制构成的整体式线圈且整体式线圈中部为感应线圈的设计,是本实用新型的主要技术特征。这样做的目的在于:由于上水冷圈、感应线圈、下水冷圈均为通水管,故此本申请采用铜管将上水冷圈、感应线圈、下水冷圈由上至下绕成一个整体式线圈,并通过在构成整体式线圈的中部一段上下部位开水电进口和水电出口,使整体式线圈的中部的线圈为感应线圈,从而达到提高线圈强度的目的。
