本实用新型的目的是提供一种防松动效果好且节省材料的钢丝螺套。本实用新型的技术方案是,钢丝螺套,包括螺纹圈,其特征在于:钢丝螺套中至少设有一个正多边形的锁紧圈,此正多边形锁紧圈的外接圆直径大于基体螺纹底孔中径,此正多边形锁紧圈的内切圆直径的大小螺栓螺纹中径。所述正多边形锁紧圈为正四边形、正五边形或正六边形锁紧圈。本实用新型与现有技术比较具有防松动效果好且节省材料的优点。

具体实施方式:
本实用新型利用钢丝螺套的螺旋圈作防松动弹性垫圈对螺栓进行防止因机械的振动而脱扣导致连接失败。具体是在钢丝螺套1内的某一圈制成防松动的锁紧圈2,此锁紧圈为正六边形螺旋圈,此正六边形螺旋圈的外接圆直径大于基体螺纹底孔中径,其内切圆的直径小于螺栓螺纹中径,此钢丝螺套圈的横截面即是钢丝螺套的菱形体。锁紧圈可以是正六边形或者正四边形,后者适用于M3、M4小规格,前者用于M4与M8之间的钢丝螺套。本实用新型的防松动原理是,钢丝螺套装入基体的螺纹孔中后,当连接螺栓旋入钢丝螺套时,由于螺栓端头有锥体(倒角),将钢丝螺套中的锁紧圈撑开,此锁紧圈的六个边的中部将螺栓的螺纹面抱紧,因而螺栓和钢丝螺套不会因机械振动而松动。为了增大锁紧力,在钢丝螺套中可设置多个锁紧圈2,可以连接为一体,也可间隔设置。

1.钢丝螺套,包括螺纹圈,其特征在于:钢丝螺套中至少设有一个正多边形的锁紧圈,此正多边形锁紧圈的外接圆直径大于基体螺纹底孔中径,此正多边形锁紧圈的内切圆直径小于螺栓的螺纹中径。
2.如权利要求1所述的钢丝螺套,其特征在于:所述正多边形锁紧圈为正四边形、正五边形或正六边形锁紧圈。
