日常生活中，人们通常会把刀具存放在固定刀架上，使得刀具不易跌落及进水生锈，然而，存放在刀架上的刀具一般没有覆盖刀刃的装置，因而，裸露的刀刃易把人误伤，且若刀具跌落，亦容易损坏刀刃。

本实用新型的技术任务是针对上述现有技术中的不足提供一种旋转式安全菜刀，不仅防止了因刀具跌落造成刀刃损坏，而且避免了刀具对人的误伤，同时，提高刀具防锈功能。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：旋转式安全菜刀，包括刀身和刀把，其特征是，所述刀把一端连接一刀身架，所述刀身安装在刀身架内，刀身两侧边及刀背上分别设有凸起，刀身架上对应所述凸起的部位分别设有通孔，在所述的刀身架下方对应刀刃处设有凹槽。
所述的凸起为圆柱体凸起。
所述的凹槽为V形槽。

如图1，图2所示。旋转式安全菜刀，包括刀身3和刀把1，所述刀把1一端连接一刀身架2，所述刀身3安装在刀身架2内，刀身3两侧边及刀背上分别设有凸起7，刀身架2上对应所述凸起7的部位分别设有通孔5，在所述的刀身架2下方对应刀刃6处设有凹槽4。
为了刀身3旋转方便，所述的凸起7为圆柱体凸起。
为了存放刀身3时更加牢固稳定的卡住刀身3，所述的凹槽4为V形槽。
切物体时，往上顶刀身3，使得刀背凸起嵌插入通孔5里，因此，切物体时能固定刀身3；存放刀具时，把刀背凸起从通孔5中拔出，以刀身侧边圆柱体凸起为转轴，旋转刀身3，使得刀刃6嵌套在凹槽4里，这样的话，保护了刀刃6免受损伤，而且同时避免了刀刃6对人的误伤，同时，刀身3上残留的水滴能通过通孔5流走，防止刀具生锈。
