本实用新型涉及一种在钢丝上焊接超硬磨料,使之成为具有切割性能的工具,尤其涉及一种线锯。
背景技术
线锯是用于切割的工具,广泛用于工业领域,常规的带磨珠的金属线锯一般具有沿金属丝穿成串的磨珠,磨粒嵌入磨珠的外表面。通过电化学沉积制得的金属线锯,一般需要将带电的金属丝放入处于带相反电荷金属化合液中的磨粒床中,当金属沉积在该金属丝上时,它把磨粒捕获在薄金属层中,从而将磨粒粘结在金属丝上。电化学沉积法在磨粒床中的磨料物质应远过量于实际沉积于金属丝上的磨料物质,使生产成本提高。
用常规连接方法将磨粒连接在金属丝上制成的线锯,在使用过程中,磨粒易脱落,使切割效率降低,线锯的使用寿命缩短。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种线锯。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种线锯,包括钢丝基体,在钢丝基体上涂覆有金属焊料层,金属焊料层上排布的超硬磨料。
超硬磨料为金刚石或立方氮化硼。
超硬磨料的出刃高度为磨料的1/3~2/3。
本实用新型采用了在钢丝基体上涂覆金属焊料层,将超硬磨料焊接到钢丝上,从而提高了金属丝与超硬磨料之间的连接强度,可有效减少使用过程中磨粒的脱落,加工出一种兼备经济实用而又高效的线锯。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,在钢丝基体1上涂覆焊料层2,在金属焊料层2上,排布超硬磨料3,采用真空焊接的方式将超硬磨料3焊接在钢丝基体1上,超硬磨料的出刃高度为磨料的1/2。优选地,本实施例的超硬磨料3为金刚石。
本实用新型的超硬磨料也可以选用立方氮化硼。

1.一种线锯,其特征在于,包括钢丝基体,在钢丝基体上涂覆有金属焊料层,金属焊料层上排布有超硬磨料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的线锯,其特征在于,超硬磨料为金钢石或立方氮化硼。
3.根据权利要求1所述的线锯,其特征在于,超硬磨料的出刃高度为磨料的1/3~2/3。
