目前电机生产厂家的电机锭子的浸漆工艺都采用了VPI工艺，即先接锭子引出软电缆，再将整个锭子放入真空压力罐抽真空，增压6Mpa注漆后烘焙，由于引接软电缆导体为圆铜导体，有绞合间隙，在压力注漆时，漆很容易从硅橡胶电缆一端头渗入绞合导体中，使整根电缆经烘焙后发硬，再进入下道工序穿接弯曲时就经常出现龟裂和返工，已成为电机行业的老大难问题。
发明内容
针对上述缺点，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能防止电缆绞合导体在进行压力注漆时产生渗漆现象的硅橡胶电缆防渗透密封套。
本实用新型的技术内容为，一种硅橡胶电缆防渗透密封套，其特征是它包括一U型护套体，在U型护套体的外口边缘有一拉边。
本实用新型采用高抗撕硅橡胶模压成U型的端部封套，配套在不同外径电缆的端部，使其在压力注漆时封住向导体渗漆，以此保持其电缆本身的柔软度。
本实用新型具有的优点是：本实用新型通过采用高弹性、高抗撕纯进口硅橡胶并加入了耐油组份增强了硅橡胶的机械性能和耐油性，从而使得密封套在使用时，有很强的收缩力紧套在电缆端部，防止电缆在进行真空压力浸漆时电缆导体产生渗漆现象。
