E4000型防爆泵吸式气体分析仪，它涉及一种气体分析仪，本实用新型为解决现有的泵吸式气体分析仪不具备防爆的性能，不能在现场安装采样，因此不能及时得到准确的采样数据，延误了报警时间，增加了事故的发生率的问题。带防爆外壳的气泵固定在箱体内，带防爆外壳的气泵的输入端通过第二接头和进气管与过滤器连接，带防爆外壳的气泵的输出端通过第一接头和送气管与流量计连接，流量计的出气口通过不锈钢管与带防爆外壳的传感器的进气口连接，带防爆外壳的传感器顶端与带防爆外壳的探测器的底端螺纹连接，带防爆外壳的探测器上的探测器接线端口与带防爆外壳的气泵上的气泵接线端口螺纹连接。本实用新型用于气体检测。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种气体分析仪。
背景技术
现有的泵吸式气体分析仪均不具备防爆的性能，因此当一些防爆场所(如石油、化工或煤矿等场所)需要安装防爆装置时，泵吸式气体分析仪不能在现场安装采样，而是以延长管路的办法采样，将气体输送到安全区域来采样分析，这样会使取气时间浪费在管路上，不能及时得到准确的采样数据，延误了报警时间，增加了事故的发生率。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决现有的泵吸式气体分析仪不具备防爆的性能，不能在现场安装采样，因此不能及时得到准确的采样数据，延误了报警时间，增加了事故的发生率的问题，而提供一种E4000型防爆泵吸式气体分析仪。
本实用新型包括箱体、带防爆外壳的气泵、第一接头、送气管、第二接头、进气管、过滤器支架、过滤器、流量计、不锈钢管、带防爆外壳的传感器、带防爆外壳的探测器和探测器支架，带防爆外壳的气泵固定在箱体内，第一接头的一端与带防爆外壳的气泵的输出端密封连接，第一接头的另一端与送气管密封连接，第二接头的一端与带防爆外壳的气泵的输入端密封连接，第二接头的另一端与进气管密封连接，进气管的输入端与过滤器连接，过滤器安装在过滤器支架上，过滤器支架固定在箱体内，送气管的输出端与流量计的进气口连接，流量计的出气口通过不锈钢管与带防爆外壳的传感器的进气口连接，带防爆外壳的传感器顶端与带防爆外壳的探测器的底端螺纹连接，带防爆外壳的探测器固定在探测器支架上，探测器支架固定在箱体内，带防爆外壳的探测器上的探测器接线端口与带防爆外壳的气泵上的气泵接线端口螺纹连接。
本实用新型具有以下有益效果：一、本实用新型利用探测器和传感器的有机结合，将目标区域气体抽出再送回到探测器，进而达到对目标区域气体浓度检测的目的；同时，气泵、传感器、探测器均设计有防爆外壳，防爆外壳将其内部的工作器件与外部环境隔离，以达到防爆要求，因此，本实用新型具有防爆的功能。本实用新型不需要将气体输送到安全区域来采样分析，能够在现场进行使用和安装，有效的缩短了采样时间，提高了设备的响应时间，做到提早报警、提早处理，进而降低了事故的发生率。二、本实用新型可对目标罐体、管路、井下等固定式气体探测器不便于测量和安装的区域进行气体检测，同时，本实用新型还适合测量一些复杂气体环境，亦可对一些缺氧或无氧的罐体管路及堆放物，进行混合气体分析。三、本实用新型已通过现场测试，效果很好。

具体实施方式一：结合图1说明本实施方式，本实施方式包括箱体1、带防爆外壳的气泵2、第一接头3、送气管4、第二接头5、进气管6、过滤器支架7、过滤器8、流量计9、不锈钢管10、带防爆外壳的传感器11、带防爆外壳的探测器12和探测器支架13，带防爆外壳的气泵2固定在箱体1内，第一接头3的一端与带防爆外壳的气泵2的输出端密封连接，第一接头3的另一端与送气管4密封连接，第二接头5的一端与带防爆外壳的气泵2的输入端密封连接，第二接头5的另一端与进气管6密封连接，进气管6的输入端与过滤器8连接，过滤器8安装在过滤器支架7上，过滤器支架7固定在箱体1内，送气管4的输出端与流量计9的进气口连接，流量计9的出气口通过不锈钢管10与带防爆外壳的传感器11的进气口连接，带防爆外壳的传感器11顶端与带防爆外壳的探测器12的底端螺纹连接，带防爆外壳的探测器12固定在探测器支架13上，探测器支架13固定在箱体1内，带防爆外壳的探测器12上的探测器接线端口12-1与带防爆外壳的气泵2上的气泵接线端口2-1螺纹连接，带防爆外壳的探测器12上的另一侧报警器接线端口12-1与报警器连接。带防爆外壳的探测器12采用智能气体探测器，如GQB-200A。带防爆外壳的气泵2采用高性能自动吸入式微型泵，该泵寿命长，可检测的气体广泛，对目标环境适应性强，过滤器8和流量计9均为市售产品，带防爆外壳的气泵2和带防爆外壳的传感器11为现有技术。
本实用新型的工作原理：采样气体由样气入口15吸入，经过滤器8对样气进行杂质过滤及干燥过滤，干燥后的气体通过进气管6进入带防爆外壳的气泵2，带防爆外壳的气泵2将干燥后气体通过送气管4和流量计9送入带防爆外壳的传感器11，带防爆外壳的传感器11将接受到的信号经分析处理，将气体浓度显示出来，带防爆外壳的探测器12将接收的气体浓度信号送入外接的报警器中，报警器输出声光报警信号和节点控制信号。
具体实施方式二：结合图1说明本实施方式，本实施方式与具体实施方式一不同的是它还增加有两个挂件14，两个挂件14对称安装在箱体1的上端。这样设计便于箱体1在防爆场所的安装。其它组成及连接关系与具体实施方式一相同。

1.一种E4000型防爆泵吸式气体分析仪，其特征在于：所述分析仪包括箱体(1)、带防爆外壳的气泵(2)、第一接头(3)、送气管(4)、第二接头(5)、进气管(6)、过滤器支架(7)、过滤器(8)、流量计(9)、不锈钢管(10)、带防爆外壳的传感器(11)、带防爆外壳的探测器(12)和探测器支架(13)，带防爆外壳的气泵(2)固定在箱体(1)内，第一接头(3)的一端与带防爆外壳的气泵(2)的输出端密封连接，第一接头(3)的另一端与送气管(4)密封连接，第二接头(5)的一端与带防爆外壳的气泵(2)的输入端密封连接，第二接头(5)的另一端与进气管(6)密封连接，进气管(6)的输入端与过滤器(8)连接，过滤器(8)安装在过滤器支架(7)上，过滤器支架(7)固定在箱体(1)内，送气管(4)的输出端与流量计(9)的进气口连接，流量计(9)的出气口通过不锈钢管(10)与带防爆外壳的传感器(11)的进气口连接，带防爆外壳的传感器(11)顶端与带防爆外壳的探测器(12)的底端螺纹连接，带防爆外壳的探测器(12)固定在探测器支架(13)上，探测器支架(13)固定在箱体(1)内，带防爆外壳的探测器(12)上的探测器接线端(12-1)与带防爆外壳的气泵(2)上的气泵接线端口(2-1)螺纹连接。
