节能照明器属于户内、外照明电器技术领域,由箱体、壳体、LED灯组成,其特征是在密封的空腔壳体上开设通孔,在通孔内螺纹连接透明灯罩,在透明灯罩内壁螺纹连接灯座,装有主LED灯的线路板安装在灯座内,灯座内侧壁有镀铬层和辅助LED灯,镀铬层位于辅助LED灯后。所述壳体边缘安装两个卡夹,壳体通过卡夹固定在箱体内。其结构科学简单,辅设成本低、防漏性能好、连接牢固、高亮度。

本实用新型涉及户内、外照明电器技术领域,具体的说是一种节能照明器。
背景技术
许多用于道路、庭园、广场、厂区、生活小区等户外照明电器,都是用220V高电压供电,一般用大功率灯向相对的反光板照明,不但耗电,而且照明亮度差,还要用大量的电力电缆铺设,成本较高。还存在防水性差、连接不牢的缺陷。
发明内容
鉴于已有技术存在的缺陷,本实用新型的目是提供一种节能照明器,其结构科学简单,辅设成本低、防漏性能好、连接牢固、高亮度的一种节能照明灯具。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术解决方案主要是设计节能照明器,由箱体、壳体、LED灯组成,其特征是在密封的空腔壳体上开设通孔,在通孔内螺纹连接透明灯罩,在透明灯罩内壁螺纹连接灯座,装有主LED灯的线路板安装在灯座内,灯座内侧壁有镀铬层和辅助LED灯,镀铬层位于辅助LED灯后。所述壳体8边缘安装两个卡夹,壳体通过卡夹固定在箱体内。
采用上述方案后,与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:本实用新型采用LED发光光源,能量利用率高,直接在箱体上设置发光组件,改变以往户外照明用反光的方法,而采用直接照射的方式,又提高了光利用率,通过以上连接方式,不但方便工业化生产,连接牢度好,而且能有效地防止雨水进入电路系统。

具体实施方式
图1所示的节能照明器的示意图中,由箱体1、壳体8、LED灯组成,其特征是在密封的空腔壳体8上开设通孔,在通孔内螺纹连接透明灯罩4,在透明灯罩4内壁螺纹连接灯座2,装有主LED灯的线路板5安装在灯座2内,灯座2内侧壁有镀铬层3和辅助LED灯7,镀铬层3位于辅助LED灯7后,所述壳体8边缘安装两个卡夹9,壳体8通过卡夹9固定在箱体1内。解决了以往类似灯具中灯座与箱体用胶连接所存在的连接不够牢固的问题,同时防漏、防渗性能更好。

1.节能照明器,由箱体(1)、壳体(8)、LED灯组成,其特征是在密封的空腔壳体(8)上开设通孔,在通孔内螺纹连接透明灯罩(4),在透明灯罩(4)内壁螺纹连接灯座(2),装有主LED灯(6)的线路板(5)安装在灯座(2)内,灯座(2)内侧壁有镀铬层(3)和辅助LED灯(7),镀铬层(3)位于辅助LED灯(7)后。
2.根据权利要求1所述的节能照明器,其特征在于:所述壳体(8)边缘安装两个卡夹(9),壳体(8)通过卡夹(9)固定在箱体(1)内。
