背景技术
大棚蔬菜自问世以来,便以其强大的生命力飞速地发展着。短短20年时间,大棚蔬菜种植就在我国广大的高寒、高原地区有了长足的发展,从根本上解决了北方及高寒地区的蔬菜供应问题,也为当地众多的贫困农民开创了一条脱贫致富的新路。
但是目前高寒地区的大棚蔬菜种植却遇到了很多难以克服的实际问题,大棚内空气低温、高湿环境,造成真菌性病害、细菌性病害、生理性病害、药害、肥害、有毒有害气体等危害层出不穷,频繁发生。农民们为了减少煤炭消耗量,减少大棚内热量散失,往往不愿意经常给大棚通风换气,影响大棚生产。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种大棚热风炉,其结构简单,能够快速有效地加热大棚内的空气,节能降耗。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,一种大棚热风炉,包括内装有炉膛的炉体,炉膛上部内水平设置着若干根吸热管,吸热管的两端与炉膛上部外壁相贯通,炉膛底部周围的炉体内水平设置着环形隔板,环形隔板将炉体内空间分为上部的吸热室以及底部的集灰室,环形隔板上设置着具有手柄的调节门,吸热室的底部一侧壁上连接着鼓风机,鼓风机的出风管轴线沿着炉体壁的切线方向布置,炉膛上部外壁上连接着从炉体壁上部伸出的烟囱,在炉体顶面上设置着与吸热室相连通的出热风管。
本实用新型结构简单,通过鼓风机将外界空气吹入吸热室内进行热交换,能够快速有效地加热大棚内的空气,节能降耗。

具体实施方式
一种大棚热风炉,如图1所示,包括内装有炉膛4的炉体,炉膛4上部内水平设置着若干根吸热管3,吸热管3的两端与炉膛上部外壁相贯通。炉膛4的上部构成膨大端部2,膨大端部2的外径尺寸大于炉膛4下部的外径尺寸,从而更有利于吸热。炉膛底部周围的炉体内水平设置着环形隔板,环形隔板将炉体内空间分为上部的吸热室8以及底部的集灰室5,环形隔板上设置着具有手柄的调节门6。吸热室8的底部一侧壁上连接着鼓风机7,鼓风机7的出风管轴线沿着炉体壁的切线方向布置,使得吸热室8内的气流能够呈螺旋形运动。炉膛4上部外壁上连接着从炉体壁上部伸出的烟囱9,在炉体顶面上设置着与吸热室8相连通的出热风管1。出热风管1为三通管。

1.一种大棚热风炉,包括内装有炉膛的炉体,其特征是:炉膛上部内水平设置着若干根吸热管,吸热管的两端与炉膛上部外壁相贯通,炉膛底部周围的炉体内水平设置着环形隔板,环形隔板将炉体内空间分为上部的吸热室以及底部的集灰室,环形隔板上设置着具有手柄的调节门,吸热室的底部一侧壁上连接着鼓风机,鼓风机的出风管轴线沿着炉体壁的切线方向布置,炉膛上部外壁上连接着从炉体壁上部伸出的烟囱,在炉体顶面上设置着与吸热室相连通的出热风管。
