本实用新型涉及直拉单晶炉的埚轴护套技术领域。
背景技术
原有的埚轴护套如图1所示,包括套管1和卡口2,卡口2在中间位置,埚轴护套通过卡口2卡设在炉底压片3的锅轴孔中。当因为工艺需要在炉底增加多层保温碳毡以提高炉体底部的保温效果时,炉底压片3和锅轴护套位置相应上升,因为开口上方还有一段套管,该段套管会限制锅轴的下降,使锅轴无法下降到指定位置,坩埚行程无法达到工艺使用要求,故急需对锅轴护套进行改进。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:原设计的锅轴护套限制了坩埚的行程,无法满足工艺要求。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种直拉单晶炉的埚轴护套,包括套管和卡口,卡口设置在套管一端的端部。
本实用新型的有益效果是:为炉体底部添加保温碳毡提供了空间,同时可防止接触部分的碳毡裸露在热气流之下,增加了碳毡的使用寿命,还可防止颗粒灰尘落入波纹管,减少单晶拉制过程的异常。
