本实用新型涉及冷冲模的制造领域,特别适用于电机行业定、转子片槽形复式模卸料。
背景技术
目前,在我国电机复式模制造业中,常用的复式模卸料装置为:卸料板与内打板通过卸料螺栓连接组成,或是将卸料板与内打板通过卸料衬套,用标准螺栓连接组成。这两种方式在加工卸料螺栓或卸料衬套时,必须确保每套模具中,所需卸料螺栓或卸料衬套长度尺寸一致,加工及装配卸料螺栓或卸料衬套效率较低。在模具使用时,经常会发现卸料困难,多数原因是卸料螺栓或卸料衬套长度尺寸有差异,造成冲头与卸料板不垂直。
发明内容
为确保卸料顺畅,提高加工及装配效率,本实用新型提供一种复式模卸料装置。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种复式模卸料装置,由卸料板、内打板、卸料筒组成,其特征是:卸料板与内打板通过卸料筒,用3个M10的内六角螺钉连接。
本实用新型的有益效果是:用一件卸料筒替代几件卸料螺栓或几件卸料衬套,对于卸料筒长度尺寸及两端面平行度容易保证,加工、装配简便,提高了效率,确保了冲头与卸料板的垂直度,保证了卸料顺畅。

在图1中,卸料板(1)与内打板(4)通过卸料筒(3)用3个M10内六角螺钉(2)连接。图2中卸料板(1)外止口、图5中内打板(4)外止口与图4中卸料筒(3)内径为间隙配合,加工卸料筒(3)时保证两端面平行。
