如图1所示。一种健康搁脚器，包括搁脚器本体2，所述的搁脚器本体2为一三角柱，搁脚器本体2两侧面为大小相等的等腰直角三角形，位于等腰直角三角形斜边上的面为搁脚面1，搁脚面1上设有凹槽。
使用时，将搁脚器本体2放置在平面上，让搁脚面1朝向人体，将脚放在搁脚面1上，使小腿绷直，有利于血液流通，避免脚麻、腿麻现象的发生。
