本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：由盒盖、合页、盒体、搁笔架、海绵块组成，其特征在于盒体内留有搁笔架和海绵块，盒体上留有合页，合页连接盒盖，使用时，把刚用完后的毛笔，不需挤干笔头，放置在搁笔架上的海绵块边即可，盒盖经合页翻动盖在盒体上，可不定期放置，达到毛笔头始终湿润的目的。
本实用新型的有益效果是设计简单，成本低廉，能固定毛笔头的放置方向，具有实用性。
