本实用新型涉及智能电缆与三网融合技术领域,尤其是指一种抗拉型的光纤复合电缆。
背景技术
中国专利CN2010201264733公开了一种“光电复合电缆”,将电力电缆与光缆、通信电缆、射频电缆的一种或几种组合,电力电缆、光缆、通信电缆、射频电缆为自带屏蔽层的独立体,各电缆的外护套层为连体结构,有效消除了电力电缆对通信电缆和射频电缆的电磁干扰以及通信电缆和射频电缆之间的串音情况。不足是在生产和施工过程中,复合缆在承受较大拉力时,电力电缆外围的各种信号电缆易被拉断。
目前市场上也有将光单元放在电力电缆中的结构设计,一种是将光单元置于填充层外周的护套里,其在生产和施工过程中,因受力首先集中在护套层,光纤易被拉断。另一种如中国专利CN200820227976.2公开的“一种带有光纤线芯的电力电缆”、中国专利 CN201010245916.5公开的“一种光电复合缆”,都是将光单元置于填充层内,通常将光单元置于电缆线芯中心,不足是电缆施工过程中,电缆中心的光单元易受力,稳定性差。如果将电力电缆的线芯和光单元随意布设,但中心不放任何金属构件,将会使各缆芯随机性承受较大拉力,影响稳定性。
发明内容
本实用新型正是为了克服上述不足,提供一种抗拉型光纤复合电缆,主要创新在于将光单元置于电缆填充层时,缆芯正中放置电力电缆的一金属线芯,电力电缆的其它金属线芯和光单元绞入式成缆,有效避免了电力电缆和光缆复合时,在生产制造、敷设施工、运输过程中容易发生的断纤和衰减变化等情况。
具体是这样实施的:抗拉型光纤复合电缆,是电力电缆和光单元的复合体,光单元置于电力电缆的填充层中,其特征在于缆芯正中放置电力电缆的一金属线芯,电力电缆的其它金属线芯和光单元绞入式成缆。将缆芯正中放置电力电缆的一金属线芯,在生产和施工过程中,正中的线芯首先集中受力,可起到保护其它线芯和光单元的作用。
本实用新型通过缆芯正中的电力电缆金属线芯作为抗拉件,提高了复合电缆的抗拉性和稳定性,在生产制造、敷设施工、运输过程中不易发生断纤和衰减变化,保证了实际生产和敷设运用的可靠性。
