所属技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种用条凸镜聚光给水内外加热的太阳能装置,利用条凸镜有会聚太阳光的作用,将其会聚的强光照射在内、外加热管上,使太阳能强化。
背景技术
目前,公知的凸透镜大多用在放大、聚光成像、显微、望远镜上等等。而太阳能装置又大多采用自然光源,又只采用外壁加热技术。
发明内容
为了克服现有太阳能装置自然光线弱(特别是冬季),加热管只有外壁加热效率低的问题。本实用新型提供一种用条凸镜聚光,给水内、外同时加热的太阳能装置,太阳光经过条凸镜折射后,形成强光带,同时照射在内、外加热管上,外加热管是水管,直接加热,内加热管被照射处是下部外露部分,此处内部装有真空导热液体,导热液体在受到一定热度后变成蒸气给管壁加热,形成了水的内外加热。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:将凸透镜制成条凸镜,内加热管装导热液真空密闭,外加热管套在内加热管外,并与水箱相连通。装有可旋转支架及可伸缩支架,可根据光线变化调整方向和角度。
本实用新型的有益效果是:工艺简单,光效率和热效率提高幅度大。

具体实施方式
将凸透镜制成条凸镜(2),内加热管(4)装导热液真空密闭,外加热管(3)套在内加热管(4)外,并与水箱(1)相连通,根据所需光带亮度和温度,确定条凸镜(2)和内、外加热管(4.3)的距离,会聚后的强光带,离外加热管(3)近一些,光带稍宽,温度稍低的中强光带,直接照射在外加热管(3)壁上,给水层直接加热。而离内加热管(4)较远,光带窄的,温度高的高强光带,照射在内加热管(4)的下露部分,管内导热液受热产生蒸气,蒸气在真空状态下,迅速给整个内加热管(4)外壁加热,从而起到内外同时给水加热的作用。装有可旋转支架(6)、可伸缩支架(7),可根据光线变化调整方向和角度,使其达到最佳效果。
