本实用新型提供一种抗冲击角接触球轴承,采用与内部零件等寿命的特殊保持架,以满足抗冲击要求。本实用新型轴承由外圈、内圈、钢球、保持架组成;其中在保持架(1)兜孔(3)的圆柱形表面的外径侧或内径侧加工有环状凸台(2);钢球直径为轴承径向截面直径的23%~26%;内圈及外圈沟道的曲率半径为钢球直径的0.505倍、0.51倍、0.52倍、0.53倍或0.535倍;内圈与钢球对外圈接触角为20°、30°、36°或42°。本实用新型的保持架具有兜孔锁点,钢球压入兜孔后不掉出,保持架不会损害变形;轴承承载能力大。

本实用新型涉及角接触双列滚动体轴承,具体涉及一种抗冲击角接触球轴承。
背景技术:
轧辊止推部位所使用的角接触球轴承是一种紧凑型双列滚动体轴承,可承受双向轴向负荷,能大幅减小相配轴及轴壳孔轴向尺寸;工作时只承受轴向力,受到轴向冲击很频繁。普通设计的角接触球轴承钢球数量少,承载能力低,且在装配过程中通过凿印的方式锁住钢球,使保持架产生损害变形,影响轴承寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种抗冲击角接触球轴承,采用与内部零件等寿命的特殊保持架,以满足抗冲击要求。本实用新型轴承由外圈、内圈、钢球、保持架组成;其中在保持架(1)兜孔(3)的圆柱形表面的外径侧或内径侧加工有环状凸台(2);所述钢球直径为轴承径向截面直径的23%~26%;所述内圈及外圈沟道的曲率半径为钢球直径的0.505倍、0.51倍、0.52倍、0.53倍或0.535倍;所述内圈与钢球对外圈接触角为20°、30°、36°或42°。
本实用新型的保持架具有兜孔锁点,钢球压入兜孔后不掉出,保持架不会损害变形;由于增加钢球量和增大接触角,轴承承载能力增大。

具体实施方式
本实用新型轴承由外圈、内圈、钢球、保持架组成。如图1、2所示,在保持架兜孔3的圆柱形表面的外径侧或内径侧加工有环状凸台2,使保持架1具有兜孔锁点,钢球压入兜孔3后不掉出,保持架1不易损害变形,与内部其它部件保持等寿命;采取钢球尺寸大小为轴承径向截面直径的23%~26%、内圈及外圈沟道的曲率半径为钢球直径的0.505倍、0.51倍、0.52倍、0.53倍或0.535倍、内圈与钢球对外圈接触角为20°、30°、36°或42°;由于保持架、外圈及内圈结构的改变,轴承承载能力增大。

1.一种抗冲击角接触球轴承,由外圈、内圈、钢球、保持架组成,其特征在于:所述保持架(1)兜孔(3)的圆柱形表面的外径侧或内径侧加工有环状凸台(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述抗冲击角接触球轴承,其特征在于:所述钢球直径为轴承径向截面直径的23%~26%。
3.根据权利要求1所述抗冲击角接触球轴承,其特征在于:所述内圈及外圈沟道的曲率半径为钢球直径的0.505倍、0.51倍、0.52倍、0.53倍或0.535倍。
4.根据权利要求1所述抗冲击角接触球轴承,其特征在于:所述内圈与钢球对外圈接触角为20°、30°、36°或42°。
