结合附图，一种新型签字笔，包括笔帽1与笔体2，在笔帽1的前端连接有两个夹持杆，为了方便描述，将其分别称之为第一夹持杆3与第二夹持杆4，第一夹持杆3与第二夹持杆4相对于笔帽1的中心线呈对称设置。在第一夹持杆3的另一端(与笔帽1不相连的一端)内侧设置有第一突头5，在第二夹持杆4的另一端(与笔帽1不相连的一端)内侧设置有第二突头6，第一突头5与第二突头6同样相对于笔帽1的中心线呈对称设置。在笔体2的两侧顺沿笔体 方向分别设置有第一滑槽21与第二滑槽22，第一滑槽21与第二滑槽22相对于笔体2的中心线呈对称设置，且第一滑槽21、第二滑槽22以及笔体2的中心线相互平行；第一滑槽21与第一突头5相适配，第二滑槽22与第二突头6相适配。笔帽1上连接的第一夹持杆3与第二夹持杆4分别将第一突头5与第二突头6紧密夹持在第一滑槽21与第二滑槽22中，且第一突头5与第二突头6能够分别在第一滑槽21与第二滑槽22中来回滑动。第一滑槽11与第二滑槽12的长度应以能够实现笔帽1围绕笔体2转动一周为优选。
