现有技术中，图1所示，挤出模具主要包括挤出模3和固定装置1，挤出模3安装在固定装置1内部，固定装置1上设有带内螺纹的螺孔和与螺孔相配合的螺栓2，四根螺栓2从不同方向压紧并固定挤出模3，通过调节螺栓2，可以调节挤出模3的位置，从而调整挤出模3与相应的设备配合使用，正因为需要对挤出模具的螺栓2进行调节，在增加工序的同时，调节过程可能会导致挤出模3与其他设备的配合不够严密，影响工艺流程的顺利进行。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种简单、节约原料、节约工序的单芯挤出模具。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现，提出一种单芯挤出模具，包括固定装置、挤出模，所述挤出模镶嵌于所述固定装置内部。
