在春秋冬三季，许多女性都喜欢穿长筒靴子，无论与裙子或者裤子搭配，穿起来都显得非常精神、时尚。但是现在有的靴子由于材质均为皮或革，长筒靴冬季穿时比较舒适，在春秋两季穿着时，由于天气变热，过长的靴筒容易捂脚，现有的长筒靴虽然可以通过折叠靴筒，来改变整双靴子的靴筒长度，但是折叠部位并没有固定装置，在穿着行走过程中，折叠部位容易容易因走动而松动，无法固定。
发明内容
为了解决可翻折靴筒在穿着行走过程中，可翻折靴筒部位容易容易因走动而松动，无法固定等技术问题，本实用新型通过以下技术方案得以实现。
