背景技术
电热水器因其具有使用安全、控制简单、能源供给方便等显著优点而作为现代化家用电器，进入到越来越多的家庭。现有的电热水器主要由内胆、外壳与电控组件构成，内胆上插装有电热管，外壳的两端设有端盖，端盖与外壳连接为整体，内胆居中和电控组件安装在外壳内。这种电热水器的外壳与端盖之间没有扣位，发泡时会造成发泡剂溢出，影响外观，并且会造成边扣板出现爆裂。当外壳有水时会造成有水渗入发泡剂内，影响保温效果，并且在生产及运输过程中由于挤压、重压等情况发生时，使产品变形。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种安装方便省时、防漏泡、防裂、防水、防产品变形、增加产品强度的电热水器。

如图1、图2与图3所示，本实用新型所述的电热水器主要由外壳1、端盖2与进出水管3组成。外壳为椭圆状，端盖位于外壳的两端，端盖的边缘处设有扣槽4，外壳的端部边缘处设有扣位5。在安装端盖时，通过端盖上的扣位扣接在外壳的扣槽上。采用扣位结构，使电热水器安装快速方便，安装工省时，可以防漏泡、防裂、防水，可以增加产品强度，防止产品变形，外形美观。
