本实用新型涉及一种全封闭式LED路灯，属照明类。
背景技术
LED灯由于其良好的照明效果而被广泛应用于广告、路灯等照明领域，但是现有LED照明路灯的壳体大都采用金属压铸工艺制成，整体重量非常沉重，外观笨拙，而且为了解决灯具自身散热问题，其散热器基本都裸露在壳体外面，经过日晒雨淋，灯具各零部件的损坏折旧率很高，使用寿命大大降低。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于改进已有技术的不足之处，提供一种美观耐用、照明效果好的全封闭式LED路灯。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种全封闭式LED路灯，特点是，它具有塑料上壳和塑料下壳，在塑料上壳和塑料下壳之间依次安装有散热器、光源线路板、反光杯及密封罩，在塑料上壳和塑料下壳上都设有散热孔，并且塑料上壳和塑料下壳的外表面均涂覆有金属漆层。塑料上壳还可以为外形圆润的弧形结构。
为了增强照明效果，所述散热器可以制成V形，相对应的，依次安装在散热器的光源线路板、反光杯及密封罩也均为V形。
与已有技术相比，本实用新型具有如下优点：
1、灯具的上下壳体都为塑料材质，重量轻，而且由于壳体表面涂覆有金属漆层，因此可以在户外长时间使用，不褪色、不脆裂；
2、由于散热器、光源线路板等都安装在壳体内，而壳体表面相应地设有散热孔，所以不仅各零部件的磨损折旧率低，而且整个灯具的透气性和散热效果都非常好；
3、散热器及相对应安装的光源线路板、反光杯及密封罩等部件可以制成V形，使得投光范围更加开阔，照明效果更加理想。

具体实施方式
参见图1，塑料上壳1和塑料下壳6均为ABS材质，采用吸塑工艺制成，其上设有若干个散热孔7，在两者的外表面喷涂有金属漆层。在塑料上壳1下面设有散热器2，在散热器2上依次安装光源线路板3(上附有LED光源)、反光杯4，然后再装上由密封垫、玻璃罩和压板组成的密封罩5，其中，玻璃罩材质为亚克力玻璃，采用吸塑工艺制成，散热器2、光源线路板3、反光杯4及密封罩5构成光源室集合体，该光源室集合体安装在塑料上壳1和塑料下壳6之间的腔体内。为了扩大投光范围，可以将散热器2由传统的平板状改制成V形，如图1所示，相对应的，光源线路板3、反光杯4及密封罩5均制成为V形，增大光源的照射角度，使照明效果更加理想。
由于本灯具为全封闭式结构，为了避免在塑料上壳1的外表面堆积树叶、雨水等杂物，影响散热孔的透气性，可以将塑料上壳1制成弧形结构，不仅实用，而且可以使灯具整体造型圆润饱满，美观大方。

1.一种全封闭式LED路灯，其特征是，它具有塑料上壳(1)和塑料下壳(6)，在塑料上壳(1)和塑料下壳(6)之间依次设有散热器(2)、光源线路板(3)、反光杯(4)及密封罩(5)，在塑料上壳(1)和塑料下壳(6)上设有散热孔(7)，塑料上壳(1)和塑料下壳(6)的外表面涂覆有金属漆层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的全封闭式LED路灯，其特征是，所述散热器(2)为V形，相对应的，依次安装在散热器(2)的光源线路板(3)、反光杯(4)及密封罩(5)均为V形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的全封闭式LED路灯，其特征是，所述塑料上壳(1)为弧形结构。
