本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：由锁圈、内螺纹、圆柱体、把手、连接点、蝶阀片、漏斗、出米口组成，其特征在于圆柱体上部留有内螺纹接头，圆柱体底部留有蝶阀片，蝶阀片连接阀杆，阀杆上留有把手，阀杆另一头留有锁圈，阀杆间留有连接点，圆柱体下留有漏斗，漏斗下留有出米口，使用时，把内螺纹接头与食用油塑料桶外螺纹旋紧连接，把食用油塑料桶放入米后倒置，手动把手使蝶阀片开启，米从漏斗经出米口流出。
