本实用新型公开了一种记忆合金髌骨假体，包括仿形髌骨块，其特征在于：所述仿形髌骨块的边缘设有若干个记忆合金爪，工作时，先将本实用新型放置在冰盐水中，记忆合金爪失去刚性，可以随意塑形，让后将记忆合金爪扒开，将仿形髌骨块和髌骨对齐，然后将用温盐水浸泡记忆合金爪，记忆合金爪恢复原来的形状，恢复刚性，植入后体温可保持记忆合金爪的刚性。

背景技术
髌骨手术是一种常用的骨科手术，在髌骨手术中常需要用到髌骨假体，如附图1所示，传统的髌骨假体包括仿形髌骨块2，所述仿形髌骨块2上具有连接凸起3，手术时在髌骨1上钻上连接孔4，然后将连接凸起3放入到连接孔4进行粘接，采用传统方式由于髌骨钻孔，对髌骨的损害较大，使得损伤后的髌骨更加容易骨折。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是针对上述技术方案的不足，提供对髌骨损害小的一种记忆合金髌骨假体。
为解决上述问题本实用新型的技术方案为：
一种记忆合金髌骨假体，包括仿形髌骨块，其特征在于：所述仿形髌骨块的边缘设有若干个记忆合金爪。
工作时，先将本实用新型放置在冰盐水中，记忆合金爪失去刚性，可以随意塑形，让后将记忆合金爪扒开，将仿形髌骨块和髌骨对齐，然后将用温盐水浸泡记忆合金爪，记忆合金爪恢复原来的形状，恢复刚性，然后将本实用新型植入，植入后体温可保持记忆合金爪的刚性。
采用本实用新型进行髌骨手术，避免在髌骨上钻孔，记忆合金爪的设置增强了仿形髌骨块和髌骨结合力，减小了再次发生骨折的概率。

附图4所示，工作时，先将本实用新型放置在冰盐水中，记忆合金爪5失去刚性，可以随意塑形，让后将记忆合金爪5扒开，将仿形髌骨块2和髌骨1对齐，然后将用温盐水浸泡记忆合金爪5，记忆合金爪5恢复原来的形状，恢复刚性，植入后体温可保持记忆合金爪5的刚性。
