背景技术
在本实用新型提出之前,地线防振锤与地线连接受力点主要依靠夹板上的螺栓和螺帽紧固而产生握力,从而达到抑制地线振动的效果。但这种结构在使用中会出现:由于地线的振动导致螺栓和螺帽松脱,从而致使高压输电线路地线防振锤滑移,最终导致地线损伤。

为了实现以上目的,本实用新型提供的一种高压输电线路架空地线防滑移防振锤,包括:防振锤本体和夹板,夹板与防振锤本体相连,所述夹板上设有用于将防振锤本体固定在地线上的螺栓和螺帽,所述螺栓上设有销孔,所述螺帽上开有通槽,装配时所述销孔位于所述通槽内,所述螺栓通过所述销孔用销钉与螺帽形成卡位。
在上述方案中,所述螺帽上通槽的长度与所述螺栓上销孔的位置相适应,以保证装配时,所述销孔位于所述通槽内,这样螺栓和螺帽才能通过销钉形成卡位。
本实用新型通过在螺栓上开设销孔,并对应在螺帽上开设通槽,让螺栓和螺帽在装配时通过销钉形成卡位,从而解决了地线防振锤在使用过程中出现滑移的现象。
本实用新型与现有技术对比,充分显示其优越性在于:结构简单、安装方便、成本低以及能防止地线防振锤在使用过程中出现滑移等。
