技术领域：
本实用新型涉及一种除尘装置，具体涉及一种带有旋转式滤料盘的除尘装置
背景技术：
普通的带有滤料盘的除尘装置时间长了之后灰尘会堵塞滤孔，除尘效果消弱甚至没有除尘效果。所以需要定期拆掉滤料盘进行清洗，费时费力。
实用新型内容：
本实用新型的目的是提供一种扫描式除尘装置，它通过滤料盘旋转来自动清除上面的灰尘，当滤料盘旋转到一定位置后，上面的灰尘可以被除尘装置自动清除掉，不需要拆掉滤料盘清洗，工作起来像是滤料盘在被逐一扫描，使用起来更加方便。
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题，本实用新型是采用以下技术方案：它是由底座1、密封板2、六根滤料盘骨架3、滤料盘4、电机5、收尘筒6、集风箱7、螺旋管8、轴承9和固定架10组成，电机5安装在固定架10上，固定架10安装在底座1上，用于固定电机5，电机5通过轴承9与滤料盘4相连，滤料盘4位于底座1的内部，六根滤料盘骨架3均匀分布在滤料盘4上，用于支撑滤料盘4；密封板2与滤料盘4在同一平面，固定于底座1上，收尘筒6安装在滤料盘4下方，紧靠滤料盘4，收尘筒6通过集风箱7与螺旋管8相连。
工作原理：灰尘空气从下方吹入除尘装置，滤料盘4是带有小圆孔的过滤装置，所以灰尘都被吸附在滤料盘4的下表面，空气经过滤料盘4后变成干净的空气。滤料盘4通过电机轴承9，在电机5的转动下沿着图2所示方向缓慢旋转。收尘筒6在外加风机(用户自备)的作用下在滤料盘4下方形成负压区，故此区域风向是自上而下，在滤料盘4上正好和灰尘空气的方向相反，如图1所示，把灰尘清除并通过螺旋管8排出。当滤料盘4旋转出除尘区域后，就成为干净的滤料盘，除尘装置所占的区域为整个滤料盘4的六分之一。
本实用新型具有以下有益效果：通过滤料盘旋转来自动清除上面的灰尘，当滤料盘旋转到一定位置后，上面的灰尘可以被除尘装置自动清除掉，不需要拆掉滤料盘清洗，工作起来像是滤料盘在被逐一扫描，使用起来更加方便。

具体实施方式：
参看图1-2，本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案：它是由底座1、密封板2、六根滤料盘骨架3、滤料盘4、电机5、收尘筒6、集风箱7、螺旋管8、轴承9和固定架10组成，电机5安装在固定架10上，固定架10安装在底座1上，用于固定电机5，电机5通过轴承9与滤料盘4相连，滤料盘4位于底座1的内部，六根滤料盘骨架3均匀分布在滤料盘4上，用于支撑滤料盘4；密封板2与滤料盘4在同一平面，固定于底座1上，收尘筒6安装在滤料盘4下方，紧靠滤料盘4，收尘筒6通过集风箱7与螺旋管8相连。

本具体实施方式在实施时关于各部件型号参数的选择，电机5功率为120W，电机5运转角速度为1.2°/sec，滤料盘4半径为1.5m，厚度为10mm，收尘筒6所配电机功率由用户根据实际情况自己选配。
本具体实施方式通过滤料盘旋转来自动清除上面的灰尘，当滤料盘旋转到一定位置后，上面的灰尘可以被除尘装置自动清除掉，不需要拆掉滤料盘清洗，工作起来像是滤料盘在被逐一扫描，使用起来更加方便。
