Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种用于医学或人体治疗处理用的冷却器具，具体来说是一种冰袋。其意在提供一种可调整冷敷面积的气囊加压冷却袋。包括冷敷袋、紧固带、加压袋和加压装置。冷敷袋分别与紧固带和加压袋连接，加压装置可以包括有导气管，加压袋与加压装置连接。所述的冷敷袋包括数个(至少两个)依次连接的口袋和独立的数个(与所述口袋的数量相同)治疗冰袋，一个口袋中可合适的放置一个治疗冰袋。治疗过程中可根据实际情况调整放置的治疗冰袋的数量，如在治疗部位面积很小时，只在一个口袋中放置治疗冰袋。本技术方案的特点是：可根据治疗部位的具体情况灵活调整冷敷面积。

背景技术
[0002] 冷疗法是用低于人体温度的物质，作用于机体局部或全身皮肤，以达到止血、止 痛、消炎和退热的治疗方法，是常见的治疗方法。弹力绷带也是常见的医疗用品，其能均勻 地对受压部位产生一定压力，有利于对手术创伤部位及组织加压止血，还可以让患肢进行 早期功能锻炼，在其活动过程中因弹力绷带伸缩而产生的回弹性对患肢包扎部位起到类似 按摩挤压的作用，可促进血液循环，改善或加快静脉回流，有预防和治疗术后静脉血栓的功 效，改善组织缺血、水肿，加快水肿吸收，减少了水肿的发生率，并可防止皮下血肿形成。
[0003] 在骨科临床护理工作中，常常将上述两种治疗方法结合起来运用。典型的冷疗方 法是使用弹力绷带将伤口包扎固定后，直接将冰袋置于辅料外冰敷，作为其改进，也有如公 开号为CN201119895的专利文件公开的方案：包含紧固带、冷敷袋、加压袋、加压装置。其中 冷热敷袋、加压袋重叠成双层袋，两根紧固带固定在双层袋的两侧，紧固带的末端由粘扣带 制成。使用时只需将冷热敷袋贴紧患处，通过加压装置加压，再将两根紧固带从两侧绕到身 体后系紧即可。

[0006] 本实用新型的目的可以通过以下措施来达到：其包括冷敷袋、紧固带、加压袋和加 压装置。冷敷袋分别与紧固带和加压袋连接，加压装置可以包括有导气管，加压袋与加压装 置连接。所述的冷敷袋包括数个（至少两个）依次连接的口袋和独立的数个（与所述口袋 的数量相同）治疗冰袋，一个口袋中可合适的放置一个治疗冰袋，所述治疗冰袋内采用生 物材料，其在一定低温下是胶冻状，经加压袋加压后能均勻覆盖皮肤，不会在制冷后出现固 体而变硬而引起被治疗者的不适。同时所述冷敷袋应选择防水材料，以防止治疗冰袋外渗 水或产生冷凝水，打湿伤口而增加感染机会。治疗过程中可根据实际情况调整放置的治疗 冰袋的数量，如在治疗部位面积很小时，只在一个口袋中放置治疗冰袋。

2.根据权利要求1所述的气囊加压冷却袋，其特征是：所述口袋的口设有带活动连接 结构的口袋盖。
3.根据权利要求2所述的气囊加压冷却袋，其特征是：所述活动连接结构是粘扣带或 卡扣。
4.根据上述权利要求任一项所述的气囊加压冷却袋，其特征是：所述加压袋上设有可 调式单向气门，所述加压装置与单向气门为可解除连接。
5.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的气囊加压冷却袋，其特征是：所述加压袋或加压装置 上设有排气阀。
