技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种粘虫板,尤其涉及一种农业生产中利用某些有害昆虫对某一特定波段蓝色光的趋向性来诱粘害虫的粘虫板。
背景技术
随着农业生产的发展和科技的进步,出现了各种各样的灭杀害虫的装置,目前,市场上有很多灭虫器、粘虫板等产品,有的利用带电源的诱虫灯引诱趋光性害虫靠近用电击灭杀,也有的利用诱虫灯和光触媒引诱害虫用风扇吸入灭杀,还有的利用太阳能光触媒结合昆虫性信息素诱粘害虫,这些产品结构较复杂、生产成本较高、产品价格偏高、运输使用不方便、灭杀对象针对性不强,不适合在农业生产中大面积、大规模推广使用。
实用新型内容
为了进一步简化产品结构、降低生产成本和产品价格、方便运输和使用、提高灭杀特定害虫效率,通过大量的田间试验和色谱分析实验,确定了波长为0.485-0.468微米这一特定波段蓝色光对蓟马、菇蚊等具有最好的诱粘效果,因此,本实用新型提供了一种新型蓝光LED灯粘虫板,尤其是针对某些趋向这一特定波段蓝色光的害虫的诱粘,可大面积、大规模推广应用于农业生产中。
为解决其技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:由粘虫板、蓝光LED灯、覆膜、圆孔组成。粘虫板颜色为特定的蓝色,能反射波长为0.485-0.468微米的蓝色光,并涂有一层透明的粘虫胶,粘虫板嵌有能发出波长为0.485-0.468微米蓝色光的扁平蓝光LED灯,粘虫板的上边缘还钻有圆孔,覆膜盖住粘虫胶。
本实用新型采用的蓝色粘虫板、蓝光LED灯,在夜间或室内阴暗的环境使用,发出的波长为0.485-0.468微米的蓝色光,诱粘蓟马、菇蚊等对这一特定波段蓝色光趋光性敏感的害虫效果突出,且在农业生产中应用该技术诱杀害虫不直接接触植物和农产品,无毒、无害、无污染,不会影响食品质量安全,且本实用新型结构简单、成本低廉、方便运输、使用方法简单,可广泛应用于农业生产。

参见附图,本实用新型由粘虫板1、圆孔2、蓝光LED灯3、覆膜4构成,所述的粘虫板1是采用纸质、塑料或其他材料的硬质薄平板,防止风吹日晒粘卷在一起,且方便运输使用,在薄平板涂上一层能反射波长为0.485-0.468微米蓝色光的特定的蓝色涂层,并在蓝色涂层上涂有一层高粘度、防水、防晒、透明的粘虫胶,可诱粘飞到粘虫板1上的害虫。所述的圆孔2位于粘虫板1上边缘,用来穿上细绳悬挂起来。所述的蓝光LED灯3是采用带一小纽扣电池的扁平式发光二极管,高效节能,嵌在粘虫板1的中心部位,将纽扣电池上的绝缘隔离小片抽离,LED灯能发出波长为0.485-0.468微米的蓝色光,吸引对这一波段蓝色光趋光性敏感的蓟马、菇蚊等害虫飞到粘虫板1上粘住。所述的覆膜4是覆盖在粘虫胶上面的隔离薄膜,撕下后才能利用粘虫胶粘虫。

1.一种新型蓝光LED灯粘虫板,由粘虫板(1)、圆孔(2)、蓝光LED灯(3)、覆膜(4)构成,其特征是粘虫板(1)能反射波长为0.485-0.468微米的蓝色光,且嵌有能发出波长为0.485-0.468微米蓝色光的蓝光LED灯(3),粘虫板(1)上边缘有用于悬挂的圆孔(2),粘虫板(1)涂有粘虫胶,上面覆盖有覆膜(4)。
