本实用新型属于一种变电站电力设施,特别是一种抗倾覆变压器间隔构架。
背景技术
原有220kV变电站在电气布置上为敞开式布置,通常情况下,变压器构架与220kV进出线构架之间距离一般在30~40米之间,个别有40米以上,其导线对构架的侧向力不能忽视,在变压器构架一侧设置侧向斜撑,以满足构架结构安全的要求;变压器构架高度为15米,斜撑柱脚与构架柱的距离为4米,斜撑柱基础尺寸为4米,在距变压器构架8米内无法布置其它户外配电装置,造成变电站占地面积过大,面积利用率较低的情况。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种抗倾覆变压器间隔构架,在满足电气设备安装要求的基础上,合理控制配电装置的距离,在变压器之间、变压器与户外配电装置之间设置防火墙,将电容器、消弧线圈、变压器布置在一线上,减少占地面积。
本实用新型的技术方案内容如下;包括防火墙,其特征是:在防火墙的一面设置由横梁和垂直立柱连接构成的变压器构架抗倾斜柱,在变压器构架抗倾斜柱的上端与防火墙顶部之间设置构架钢管柱。
本实用新型的优点是:在满足电气设备安装要求的基础上,户外配电装置与变压器防火墙之间距离减少到2~3米,同时防火墙框架柱之间的距离又可当巡视通道,合理利用了场地,减少了变电所的占地面积。

具体实施方式
见图1,本实用新型具体结构如下:在防火墙基础1上设置防火墙2,在防火墙2的一面设置钢筋混凝土的变压器构架抗倾斜柱,变压器构架抗倾斜柱由横梁3-2和垂直立柱3-1连接构成,在变压器构架抗倾斜柱的上端与防火墙2顶部之间设置构架钢管柱4,以加强对防火墙上部的抗倾斜作用。图中虚线部分示出原有构架钢管柱5和原有构架基础6。本实用新型将原来斜撑柱脚与构架柱的距离为4米变为1.8米,节省了如图中所示的距离L。
