背景技术
风力发电机的叶轮轮毂是风力发电机的主要部件之一,用于固定叶片,并与发电机轴连接。传统的用于小型风力发电机的叶轮轮毂与叶片大多采用螺纹连接,叶片根部呈片状,直接通过螺丝固定在轮毂上,这种形式的用于小型风力发电机的叶轮轮毂,不能调节叶片的位置,故而无法调整叶片半径和攻角使之达到最大修正量,得到最大转换率。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可以调整叶片半径和攻角的用于小型风力发电机的叶轮轮毂。
本实用新型提供的这种用于小型风力发电机的叶轮轮毂,该轮毂上设有用于安装叶片之根部的轮辐槽和/或轮辐孔。
所述轮辐孔位于轮毂的中央台,所述轮辐槽在轮辐孔的外围,一个轮辐槽对应连通一个轮辐孔,每个轮辐槽上固定有一个箍环,用于稳固安装叶片之根部,在中央台对应每个轮辐孔都设置有径向紧固孔,用于紧固叶片之根部。
所述轮辐槽为圆弧槽,所述轮辐孔为圆孔。
该轮毂采用高分子轻型复合材料制成,所述箍环由不锈钢制成。
本实用新型由于在轮毂上设有用于安装叶片之根部的轮辐槽和/或轮辐孔,通过改变叶片根部钻孔的位置来改变叶片与轮毂的相对位置,从而用来调整叶片半径和攻角。

具体实施方式
从图1可以看出,本实用新型的这种用于小型风力发电机的叶轮轮毂,该轮毂采用高分子轻型复合材料制成,其上设有用于安装叶片之根部的轮辐槽1和/或轮辐孔2。轮辐槽1为圆弧槽,轮辐孔2为圆孔。轮辐孔2位于轮毂的中央台3,轮辐槽1在轮辐孔2的外围,一个轮辐槽1对应连通一个轮辐孔2,每个轮辐槽1上固定有一个不锈钢箍环4,用于稳固安装叶片之根部,在中央台3对应每个轮辐孔2都设置有径向紧固孔5,用于紧固叶片之根部。叶片通过螺杆固定在轮毂上,在安装前,只需改变叶片根部钻孔的位置就能改变叶片与轮毂的相对位置,从而调整叶片的半径和攻角。

1.一种用于小型风力发电机的叶轮轮毂,其特征在于该轮毂上设有用于安装叶片之根部的轮辐槽(1)和/或轮辐孔(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于小型风力发电机的叶轮轮毂,其特征在于所述轮辐孔(2)位于轮毂的中央台(3),所述轮辐槽(1)在轮辐孔(2)的外围,一个轮辐槽(1)对应连通一个轮辐孔(2),每个轮辐槽(1)上固定有一个箍环(4),用于稳固安装叶片之根部,在中央台(3)对应每个轮辐孔(2)都设置有径向紧固孔(5),用于紧固叶片之根部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于小型风力发电机的叶轮轮毂,其特征在于所述轮辐槽(1)为圆弧槽,所述轮辐孔(2)为圆孔。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于小型风力发电机的叶轮轮毂,其特征在于该轮毂采用高分子轻型复合材料制成,所述箍环(4)由不锈钢制成。
