本实用新型涉及特高压输电领域,尤其涉及一种电力试验基地门形构架。
背景技术
目前国内的特高压电力试验基地构架多采用角钢结构,但该结构的跨度小,刚度较差,抗风、抗震性能等均不能满足大型试验的要求,试验能力弱、建设规模受到限制。目前国内的特高压电力试验基地构架采用的起吊设备为无轨电动葫芦,其位置固定,试验能力受到限制。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种电力实验基地门形构架,其具有良好的抗风、抗震效果,刚度好,能够满足各类大荷重、大体量电力设施的复杂试验要求。
本实用新型是这样实现的:
一种电力试验基地门形构架,其采用多个钢管连接形成。钢结构的电力试验基地门形构架,其结构轻盈,刚度好,在受到外力影响的情况下,不易变形。
优选的是,其包括有垂直于底面设置的两个立柱,及用于连接两个所述立柱的桁架。
优选的是,所述桁架上设有供起吊设备用的吊车,方便吊起各种重型试验设备。吊车采用单轨吊,可在桁架纵向自由行走,可满足不同位置的试验设备起吊。
优选的是,所述立柱上设有多个用于出线的挂点。
本实用新型相对于现有技术,具有如下有益效果:
本实用新型电力试验基地门形构架,其抗风、抗震性能好,较好的满足各类大荷重、大体量电力设施的复杂试验要求,同时其自身重量减轻。起吊试验设备的吊车可自由行走,方便可靠。

如图1所示,本实用新型电力试验基地门形构架,其包括有:垂直于底面设置的两个立柱1,及用于连接两个所述立柱1的桁架2。所述立柱1及所述桁架2均采用多个钢管连接形成。全钢结构的电力试验基地门形构架,刚度好,在受到外力影响的情况下,不易变形;且结构轻盈,与传统技术角钢结构相比,其自身重量降低20%左右。
优选的是,所述桁架2上设有供起吊设备用的吊车3,方便吊起各种重型试验设备。并且,所述立柱1上设有多个用于出线的挂点4。
