技术领域：本发明是日常生活用品，属于厕所洁具，特别是适合儿童、妇女和中老年人用坐便器坐便时使用。
背景技术：坐便器包括便池、水箱、冲水水道和便池外围之上的坐板。坐板全面提高了如厕者的舒适程度，便于清洁，避免了疾病的传染。
发明内容：目前坐便板设计过程中没有充分研究人体功效学，导致坐便时人体的重量由两条腿支撑，腿部血管受压迫，长时间如厕就会导致两条腿发麻，严重的可能会诱发疾病。技术方案是外围为承重边，承重边上有两个坐骨结节托，两个坐骨结节托周围是开口。本发明优点是坐骨结节托之间的距离根据人体坐骨结节的距离而设计，坐便时人体的重量由坐骨结节承担，避免了压迫腿部血管。

具体实施方式：把坐便板放在坐便池上(坐便板的承重边和坐便器的便池上沿大小相同)，人坐在坐便板上，坐骨结节落在坐骨结节托上，即可长时间如厕。
