背景技术
随着科学技术的发展,双复位船型跷板式开关的应用也越来越广泛,目前此类产品普遍存在寿命短、不耐高温、结构复杂的缺点,不利于推广应用。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述缺陷,通过将开关的中间端子改为两片叠加,同时对开关内部弹簧的改进,设计了一种具有寿命长、能耐高温、结构简单的双复位船型跷板式开关。其采用的技术方案是:包括按键、壳体、动触片、动触点、边端子、中间端子、静触点、弹簧、复位弹簧在内的结构,其特征在于:整个结构包含在空腔的壳体内,按键与壳体内部倚靠,按键下端装有弹簧和复位弹簧,弹簧、复位弹簧与动触片相连接,复位弹簧底端与边端子相连接,复位弹簧与边端子中间装有静触点,弹簧下端与动触片中间相连接,动触片两端下部装有动触点,动触点与复位弹簧相连接;所述中间端子为两片叠加设计,与动触片接触的部分呈槽型;所述弹簧、复位弹簧线径0.35mm,外径2.9mm,有效圈数8.5,长度60mm,形状为T型。实施该技术后的明显效果是:由于设计结构简单,生产成本减少,使用过程中通过接触头的自润滑降低了电阻,从而温升少,延长了产品的使用寿命。

见附图1,整个结构包含在壳体2内,按键1与壳体2内部倚靠,按键1下端装有弹簧8和复位弹簧9,弹簧8、复位弹簧9与动触片3相连接,复位弹簧9底端与边端子5相连接,复位弹簧9与边端子5中间装有静触点7,弹簧8下端与动触片3中间相连接,动触片3两端下部装有动触点4,动触点4与复位弹簧9相连接。
见附图1,所示当按键1按下后,开关通电,同时弹簧8被压缩,待手(外力)离开后由复位弹簧9将按键送回到原来的位置,也就是开关断开的位置,同时复位弹簧9共同作用,起到复位功能。

1.双复位船型跷板式开关,包括按键、壳体、动触片、动触点、边端子、中间端子、静触点、弹簧、复位弹簧在内的结构,其特征在于:整个结构包含在空腔的壳体内,按键与壳体内部倚靠,按键下端装有弹簧和复位弹簧,弹簧、复位弹簧与动触片相连接,复位弹簧底端与边端子相连接,复位弹簧与边端子中间装有静触点,弹簧下端与动触片中间相连接,动触片两端下部装有动触点,动触点与复位弹簧相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述双复位船型跷板式开关,其特征在于:中间端子为两片叠加设计,与动触片接触的部分呈槽型。
3.根据权利要求1所述双复位船型跷板式开关,其特征在于:弹簧、复位弹簧线径0.35mm,外径2.9mm,有效圈数8.5,长度60mm,形状为T型。
