本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的,它包含雨锣、支杆、护皿,所述雨锣为中心加工为上凸状的圆片形,一圆柱形的支杆顶端顶入雨锣背面的中心上凸内,下端固接于护皿的加工有雨漏的底部中心,护皿为矮筒状,周壁直径略大于雨锣,周壁高度略高于雨锣。

具体实施方式:
如图1所示,护皿3为一有底的矮筒状物,底上加工有多个均匀分布的漏雨孔即雨漏4,底下加工有支脚5,在底的中心垂直向上立有一圆柱形支杆2,支杆2顶端顶入一圆片中心加工为上凸状的雨锣1的背面中心上凸内,雨锣的直径略小于护皿的直径,位置高度略低于护皿的周壁高度,雨锣的加工材料最好为金属材料,比如较易发声的一种铜板,护皿及支杆则通过注塑加工为好,将本测量器放于室外,下落的雨量会击打雨锣发出声音,声音大小及悦耳程度会随雨势大小变化而变化,护皿周壁会有效的防风而轻易不会使雨锣脱离支杆,落入护皿内的雨水也会顺利的流下雨漏而不会因水积多而影响雨锣向外发出声音,从雨锣因落雨而发出的声音的变化情况便可实时明了的知道室外雨势的变化,对于爱好者来说不失为一乐。
