本实用新型涉及一种用于电动工具的刮铲。
背景技术
在建筑装饰工程领域，尤其是对房屋、构建物进行的修缮、装饰工程，都会遇到必须对原有的墙、地面进行铲刮，去除原有装饰物和附着物，以便进行粉刷、喷涂、贴墙壁纸、铺设其他装饰物等施工。目前，行业中缺乏相应机械工具。工程上主要是依靠手工操作，用油灰刀、砂浆铲依靠人工进行铲除。导致效率低下，尤其在遇到一些坚硬物质，如硬化的塑胶地毯、油毡、粘胶墙地面等，更是耗费时间和金钱。随着建筑装饰行业人工费用的不断增加，该问题更显突出。
发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种用于电动工具的刮铲，它不但工作效率高，而且成本低。
本实用新型采用了以下技术方案：一种用于电动工具的刮铲，它包括铲体，在铲体的上部设有铲刮刀接头，铲刮刀接头与铲体之间为台阶状过渡，在铲刮刀接头上部设有凸出的定位销，在铲刮刀接头上设有定位孔，铲刮刀接头插入电动工作的往复锯内通过定位孔和定位销固定在往复锯内，在铲体的底部设有刀刃。
所述的铲体设置为倒“T”型，其上部的竖直部分与下部的水平部分之间为弧形过渡。所述的弧形过渡的夹角设置为马赫角。所述的台阶状过渡处设置为刮铲限位角。
本实用新型具有以下有益效果：本实用新型的铲体上设有铲刮刀接头，这样可以直接与往复锯连接，这样不但可以实现铲刮施工的机械化，提高工作效率，降低工作强度，而且减少成本。本实用新型的铲体设置为倒“T”型，其上部的竖直部分与下部的水平部分之间为弧形过渡，弧形过渡的夹角设置为马赫角，这样可以加强铲刮过程的机械受力支撑。本实用新型的铲刮刀接头与铲体之间为阶梯状过渡，阶梯状过度处设置为刮铲限位角，这样当铲刀插入往复锯的各式夹紧器接口时起到限位作用，同时形成的台阶可施压于具备自动锁紧装置的往复锯夹头的弹簧圈，张开夹紧器内的定位销，使刮铲能顺利插入，并可提高刮铲刀本身的机械强度。

在图1中，本实用新型为一种用于电动工具的刮铲，它包括铲体1，所述的铲体1设置为倒“T”型，其上部的竖直部分与下部的水平部分之间为弧形过渡6，弧形过渡6的夹角设置为马赫角，在铲体1的上部设有铲刮刀接头2，铲刮刀接头2与铲体1之间为台阶状过渡7，台阶状过渡7处设置为刮铲限位角，在铲刮刀接头2上部设有凸出的定位销3，在铲刮刀接头2上设有定位孔4，铲刮刀接头2插入电动工作的往复锯内通过定位孔4和定位销3固定在往复锯内，在铲体1的底部设有刀刃5。

1.一种用于电动工具的刮铲，其特征是它包括铲体(1)，在铲体(1)的上部设有铲刮刀接头(2)，铲刮刀接头(2)与铲体(1)之间为台阶状过渡(7)，在铲刮刀接头(2)上部设有凸出的定位销(3)，在铲刮刀接头(2)上设有定位孔(4)，铲刮刀接头(2)插入电动工作的往复锯内通过定位孔(4)和定位销(3)固定在往复锯内，在铲体(1)的底部设有刀刃(5)。
