本实用新型涉及一种钢结构建筑中的天沟，主要是一种防锈蚀渗漏的天沟。
背景技术
钢结构工程中天沟容易出现渗漏的问题，因此，在设计时要考虑防漏防水。目前不少工程采用彩板天沟，其容易由于积水产生锈蚀，从而导致渗漏。为此，需要在天沟内部做防水处理。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种防锈蚀渗漏的天沟，其内部采用了集防水保温隔热于一体的新材料，整体性好，密封性好，能有效防止锈蚀渗漏。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
一种防锈蚀渗漏的天沟，包括有金属天沟板，所述的金属天沟板内壁有防水层，所述的防水层是由找平层、聚氨酯层、防护层依次叠加形成的。
所述的聚氨酯层采用聚氨酯硬泡沫防水体，所述的聚氨酯硬泡沫防水体是一种密布有微小封闭泡孔结构的高分子合成材料。
轻钢厂房由于使用功能要求，且考虑到雨量较大时排水的要求，在设计钢架屋面梁时，屋面坡度都在8%-10%，天沟截面在设计计算时也在满足其排水要求的前提下相应加大了天沟的截面积，使天沟在使用中能够排水顺畅，避免发生内灌。
一般制作天沟的彩钢板厚度不小于0.6mm。

一种防锈蚀渗漏的天沟，包括有金属天沟板1，所述的金属天沟板1内壁有防水层2，所述的防水层2是由找平层3、聚氨酯层4、防护层5依次叠加形成的。所述的聚氨酯层4采用聚氨酯硬泡沫防水体，所述的聚氨酯硬泡沫防水体是一种有着无数微小封闭泡孔结构的高分子合成材料。

1.一种防锈蚀渗漏的天沟，包括有金属天沟板，其特征在于：所述的金属天沟板内壁有防水层，所述的防水层是由找平层、聚氨酯层、防护层依次叠加形成的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防锈蚀渗漏的天沟，其特征在于：所述的聚氨酯层采用聚氨酯硬泡沫防水体，所述的聚氨酯硬泡沫防水体是一种密布有微小封闭泡孔结构的高分子合成材料。
