在学校“科技周”活动中，其他同学设计了“隔音隔热节能窗”，主要是把一般透明玻璃设计成双层真空玻璃，以减少对流现象，达到节约空凋用电的目的。然而，现在的墙是没有隔音隔热的，单有“隔音隔热节能窗”隔音保温节电效果还不是最好，如果把墙也设计成隔音隔热的，节电节能效果才最好。如何解决墙体的隔音隔热是技术人员要考虑的。

本实用新型需要解决的技术问题是提供了一种隔音保温墙，旨在解决上述的问题。

本实用新型包括：二侧用折砖砌成的墙体；在所述的墙体内贴上按墙体大小切割好的泡沫板。

由图1可见：本实用新型包括：二侧用折砖2砌成的墙体1；在所述的墙体1内贴上按墙体大小切割好的泡沫板3。
本实用新型适用钢筋水泥框架结构的房屋，房屋钢筋水泥框架结构完成后，在砌墙时，先在钢筋水泥框架结构的一侧用折砖砌好，然后，在中间贴上按墙体大小切割好的泡沫板，接着再用折砖砌另一侧墙，同时安装好“隔音隔热节能窗”。
这样的“隔音保温墙”与“隔音隔热节能窗”组合，可以完全阻断室内与外界对流现象，使室内达到冬暖夏凉、节约空调用电的目的。
