本实用新型公开了一种负压水箱调压机构,其包括旋转手柄(5)、补芯(6)以及螺杆(9),补芯(6)设置在螺杆(9)上部,旋转手柄(5)设置在螺杆(9)的上端,螺杆(9)下部设置在负压水箱体上的螺孔内。本实用新型通过左右旋转手柄就可以调整通气量大小,操作方便。有防脱螺帽和箱体固定,既可防止螺杆脱落,又易拆卸更换。

本实用新型涉及一种负压水箱调压机构,尤其是涉及一种用于挤出异型材冷却的负压水箱调压机构。
背景技术
挤出异型材冷却水箱是挤出异型材模具的一部分,是一种负压水箱,在生产过程中水箱中的负压需要根据产品的成型情况随时调整。为了方便调整该水箱需要设置调压机构,现有的调压机构是采用的是一种阀门管件如图1所示,通过阀门手柄1调节阀门2调节水箱负压。其弊端是:第一、不能微调,操作不方便;第二、由于外露部分突出箱体高容易磕碰损坏水箱体;第三、由于是自来水管件很容易丢失。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种使用方便的负压水箱调压机构。
本实用新型的应用可以采用如下方案实现:其包括旋转手柄、补芯以及螺杆,补芯设置在螺杆上部,旋转手柄设置在螺杆的上端,螺杆下部设置在负压水箱体上的螺孔内。
所述的补芯下部设置有密封圈。
所述的补芯下部的螺杆上设置有弹簧。
所述的螺杆的下端设置有防脱螺帽。
本实用新型通过左右旋转手柄就可以调整通气量大小,操作方便。有防脱 螺帽和箱体固定,既可防止螺杆脱落,又易拆卸更换。

具体实施方式
结合附图,说明本实用新型的具体实施例。
如附图2、3、4所示:其包括旋转手柄5、补芯6以及螺杆,补芯设置在螺杆上部,旋转手柄5设置在螺杆9的上端,螺杆9下部设置在负压水箱体3上的螺孔内。在补芯6下部设置有密封圈。在补芯6下部的螺杆9上设置有弹簧8。在螺杆的下端设置有防脱螺帽10。
通过顺时针旋转手柄5这时补芯6会向下移动,补芯6和箱体3之间的缝隙会越来越小,这样从外面进入负压水箱的气体会越来越少,直至补芯6上安装的橡胶密封圈7和箱体3接触,这时完全封死了进入负压水箱的气体通路,通过抽气口4作用使负压水箱处于最高负压状态。反之,逆时针旋转手柄5这时补芯6在弹簧8的作用下离开箱体3,橡胶密封圈7和箱体3间出现缝隙给外界气体从进气孔11进入负压水箱打开通路,最终完成负压水箱调压过程。

1.一种负压水箱调压机构,其特征是:其包括旋转手柄(5)、补芯(6)以及螺杆(9),补芯(6)设置在螺杆(9)上部,旋转手柄(5)设置在螺杆(9)的上端,螺杆(9)下部设置在负压水箱体上的螺孔内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的负压水箱调压机构,其特征是:所述的补芯下部设置有密封圈(7)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的负压水箱调压机构,其特征是:所述的补芯(6)下部的螺杆(9)上设置有弹簧(8)。
