本实用新型涉及铅酸蓄电池,具体涉及一种分体式铅酸蓄电池。
背景技术
现有铅酸蓄电池由内设有铅酸蓄电池总成的壳体、设有正极连接柱和负极连接柱的上盖板构成,其中,铅酸蓄电池总成的正极和负极分别与上盖板的正极连接柱和负极连接柱连接,壳体与上盖板密封连接。其中的铅酸蓄电池总成是由在壳体内被平均分割为多个单独的腔体构成,即现有铅酸蓄电池总成为整体式结构。如目前市场上普遍使用的12V铅酸蓄电池,就是将铅酸蓄电池总成在壳体内平均分割成6个基本电压均为2V的单独腔体,6个单独腔体的电压串联即构成12V的铅酸蓄电池总成。其缺点是:当其中某一个2V的单独腔体因短路等原因而失效时,整只12V铅酸蓄电池总成将完全报废。
发明内容
本实用新型是针对上述不足提供一种结构简单、方便修复、可降低使用成本的分体式铅酸蓄电池。
本实用新型是这样实现的:包括内设有铅酸蓄电池总成的壳体、设有正极连接柱和负极连接柱的上盖板,其中,所述铅酸蓄电池总成的正极和负极分别与正极连接柱和负极连接柱连接,所述壳体与上盖板密封连接,所述铅酸蓄电池总成由多个均设有单体正极接线柱和单体负极接线柱的2V单体铅酸蓄电池和用于串联各个2V单体铅酸蓄电池的连接件构成。
所述2V单体铅酸蓄电池共六个。
本实用新型通过将原整体式铅酸蓄电池总成改为分体式结构,可方便地更换铅酸蓄电池总成中已失效的单体电池,从而解决因单独腔体失效而造成整只电池完全报废的问题,具有结构简单、方便修复,可降低电池使用成本的优点。

1.一种分体式铅酸蓄电池,包括内设有铅酸蓄电池总成(1)的壳体(2)、设有正极连接柱(3.1)和负极连接柱(3.2)的上盖板(3),其中,所述铅酸蓄电池总成(1)的正极和负极分别与正极连接柱(3.1)和负极连接柱(3.2)连接,所述壳体(2)与上盖板(3)密封连接,其特征在于:所述铅酸蓄电池总成(1)由多个均设有单体正极接线柱(1.1.1)和单体负极接线柱(1.1.2)的2V单体铅酸蓄电池(1.1)和用于串联各个2V单体铅酸蓄电池(1.1)的连接件(1.2)构成。
