技术领域：本实用新型涉及一种路灯，尤其涉及一种以太阳能为电力的路灯。
背景技术：众所周知，目前路灯均由市电供电，结构虽然比较简单，但存在用电量大、架设电力线路施工比较麻烦、工程投资大等缺陷，而且一旦线路发生故障则会造成大面积停电；尤其是在广大的农村地区，由于人口比较分散，架设电力线路的成本很高、线路维护也很不方便。
发明内容：针对现有技术中存在的上述缺陷，本实用新型旨在提供一种无需架设电力线路、发生故障时不会造成大面积停电的太阳能路灯。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：它包括灯杆、固定在该灯杆上的照明灯，在灯杆的顶端设有太阳能电池板，该太阳能电池板通过控制器与蓄电池电连接，照明灯与控制器电连接。
照明灯为LED；控制器中设有光控开关。
与现有技术比较，本实用新型由于采用了上述技术方案，因此能够利用蓄电池蓄存日照所产生的电能，不仅避免了架设电力线路施工比较麻烦、工程投资大灯缺陷，而且彻底克服了因发生故障而造成大面积停电的弊端；具有结构简单、节能环保、无需线路维护、使用寿命长等诸多优点。

具体实施方式：下面结合附图和具体的实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明：
如图1所示：灯杆2固定在灯杆座3上，该灯杆座中设有控制器4和蓄电池5，固定在灯杆2顶端的太阳能电池板6通过控制器4与蓄电池5电连接，固定在灯杆2上的照明灯1与控制器4电连接。为了节约用电，照明灯1采用LED；为了能够实现自动控制，在控制器4中设有光控开关。

1.一种太阳能路灯，包括灯杆、固定在该灯杆上的照明灯，其特征在于：在灯杆(2)的顶端设有太阳能电池板(6)，该太阳能电池板通过控制器(4)与蓄电池(5)电连接，照明灯(1)与控制器(4)电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能路灯，其特征在于：照明灯(1)为LED。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的太阳能路灯，其特征在于：控制器(4)中设有光控开关。
