发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供能提高输送效率的一种输送管道。
本实用新型采取的技术方案是:一种输送管道,包括输送管体和进气管,其特征在于在输送管体下设有槽钢,输送管体与槽钢之间设有密布孔隙的流化布,且进气管与槽钢相通连。
采用本实用新型,可以使物料处于流态化,流态化了的物料在相应的作用力下便沿着管道向前滑动,从而防止了物料沉积在管道下部,提高了物料输送的效率。

参照图1、该输送管道包括输送管体2和进气管6,在输送管体2下设有槽钢5,输送管体2与槽钢5之间设有密布孔隙的流化布4,且进气管6与槽钢5相通连。输送管体2与槽钢5通过U型螺栓1固定在固定板7上,流化布4通过压板3固设在输送管体2与槽钢5之间。
当粉状物料进入输送管体2时,通过进气管6从槽钢5开始进气,气体并通过密布孔隙的流化布4进入输送管体2,并使粉状物料处于流态化。一般情况下,输送管体2呈向下倾斜设置,流态化了的粉状物料在重力作用下便沿着管道向前滑动,从而防止了物料沉积在管道下部,提高了物料输送的效率。
