Abstract

一种双模式刺激治疗仪,包括内部设有复数线圈的刺激手,对患病部位产生磁场得到刺激治疗的治疗仪器。刺激手复数线圈已经在外壳内隔离,并且在电气间互相隔离,使复数线圈独立的通过脉冲电流。控制器是根据操作者所选定的运转模式控制高压发生部和脉冲电流输出部,并且在复数线圈中至少一个线圈通过脉冲电流,调节磁场发生位置。

技术领域
本实用新型是涉及双模式刺激治疗仪,详细内容为复数线圈上选择性的传达脉冲电流而调节磁场发生位置的双模式刺激治疗仪。
背景技术
通常利用磁场的刺激治疗仪是通过线圈传达脉冲电流产生磁场,在利用产生的磁场刺激人体组织而达到治疗疼痛目的的装置。这种利用磁场的刺激治疗仪是在患者希望治疗的位置上接近刺激手,通过刺激手内部设置的线圈产生磁场并治疗于患部。
根据患者的病情及患部的位置,设定线圈上传达的脉冲电流频率的大小和强度。治疗仪的操作者为了变换受刺激的部位,适当移动刺激手进行治疗,但是随着刺激手的大小程度,以及刺激手内部的线圈容量而有所不同。
已有的刺激治疗仪是不仅使用大量的线圈而加大了刺激手的大小,还为了发生高电压不得不使用高价的零部件。而且已有的刺激治疗仪操作者只能选择刺激手的磁场发生与否,不能选择刺激手的磁场发生位置,这对操作刺激手制成约束,也造成操作便利性差等许多不方便问题的产生。
发明内容
解决课题:调节刺激手的磁场发生位置,并且为了产生磁场而采用的配置上达到使用廉价的零部件。
解决方案:本实用新型已以下解决手段解决上述课题。
本实用新型包括一个外壳里的复数线圈;为了上述复数线圈上供应独立的脉冲电流的,具有复数放电电路的,脉冲电流输出部;为了上述脉冲电流的复数放电电路上充电,并供应独立的高压脉冲的,复数高压发生部;根据运转模式,控制上述的复数放电电路和上述的复数高压发生部,使上述复数线圈中至少由一个线圈产生磁场的控制部。
上述复数放电电路各包括电容器与半导体开关,通过上述控制器控制的半导体开关,并把上述脉冲电流传达到上述线圈。
上述复数线圈安装在上述外壳内以条块分割空间内分离,电流上各自独立以多个束状形式形成。
也包括接收上述控制部的控制信号后,控制上述复数放电电路的半导体开关,使控制脉冲各自输出的复数输出部。
上述半导体开关为晶闸管。
效果:本实用新型是刺激手的复数线圈里独立传达脉冲电流,为了发生这个脉冲电流的电源装置设计成复数装置,而实现使用廉价的零部件。
此外根据操作者设定的运转模式,可调节磁场发生位置而增加操作者的使用便利性。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的实施例,参考图面加以说明。
图1所示,本实用新型的双模式刺激治疗仪包括主机(11)和,安装在主机(11)一侧及通过内部的电源供应装置和电源电缆(23)连接的刺激手(20)。
主机(11)上部包括设定运转模式与供应电源用开关等键盘(12),显示运转状态与运转条件的液晶显示装置(LCD)(14)。
刺激手(20)为图3所示,略为8字形的外壳(20a)与外壳(20a)内部里互相邻接的复数线圈(21)(22)。复数线圈各自电气间隔离,并以多个束状形式形成。
为了指定刺激手(20)发生磁场的位置,治疗仪的操作者利用键盘(12)与LCD(14)设置运转模式。例:可以选择复数线圈(21)(22)中一个或者全部发生磁场,此外治疗仪操作者可以自由设定治疗周期,强度大小及时间。
图2所示,本实用新型的双模式刺激治疗仪包括电源供应部(30),操作部(40),高压发生部(50),脉冲电流输出部(60)。
电源供应部(30)包括为供应交流电源的连接器(CON),保险丝(f1)(f2),供应电源或切断电源的主开关(MS),为了减少交流电源杂音的噪声滤波器(31)。
主开关(MS)部分为了操作方便置在主机(11)外。
保险丝(f1)(f2)的作用为防止因异常电源而损坏电子零部件。
噪声滤波器(31)的作用为电源噪音减少后的交流电源,供应给交换部(42)与高压发生部(50)
操作部(40)是包括控制治疗仪整体运转的控制部(41),交换部(42),键盘(12),LCD(14),第一及第二输出部(45)(46)。
交换部(42)是作用为电源噪音减少后的交流电源转换成小型的直流电源后,传达到控制部(41)。
控制部(41)是根据键盘(12)输入的命令,识别运转模式,及磁场发生位置的设定,据此设定信息与运转状态将显示在LCD(14)屏幕上。
刺激手(20)的复数线圈(21)(22)安装在一个外壳里。
高压发生部(50)包括第一高压发生部(51)与第二高压发生部(52)。各自传达各高压发生部(51)(52)通过电源供应部(30)供应的常用交流电源升压后产生充电用脉冲的第一及第二放电电路(61)(62)。这时高压发生部(50)及脉冲电流输出部(60)根据刺激手(20)的线圈个数相对应的复数构成,但根据控制部(41)的控制复数线圈中至少一个线圈上传达脉冲电流,并达到变更磁场发生位置。
脉冲电流输出部(60)包括第一及第二放电电路(61)(62)。第一及第二放电电路(61)(62)包括了,各高压发生部(51)(52)产生充电用脉冲传达的复数电容器和放电上述复数电容器电荷为目的的,半导体开关用复数晶闸管。
控制部(41)是为了控制第一高压发生部(51)的运作输出第一高压控制信号,并向第一放电电路(61)传达高压脉冲。这时控制部(41)控制第一输出部(45)输出触发脉冲。根据这个触发脉冲,切换第一放电电路(61)的晶闸管使电容器的电荷放电。根据这种步骤传达脉冲电流到第一线圈(21)。
控制部(42)是为了控制第二高压发生部(52)的运作输出第二高压控制信号,并向第二放电电路(61)传达高压脉冲。这时控制部(41)控制第二输出部(46)输出触发脉冲。根据这个触发脉冲,切换第二放电电路(62)的晶闸管使电容器的电荷放电。根据这种步骤传达脉冲电流到第二线圈(22)。
治疗仪操作者通过键盘(12)选择运转模式,可以让刺激手(20)的复数线圈(21)(22)或一个线圈中发生磁场。
控制部(41)是通过第一及第二输出部(45)(46)控制第一及第二放电电路(61)(62)中的切换动作并且控制第一及第二线圈(21)(22)各自传达的脉冲电流。
根据上述内容,本实施例采用的刺激手线圈为复数,并且应用了各自线圈中单独的传达脉冲电流的方式。此外,本实施例复数的高压发生部与复数的放电电路中应用了独立产生脉冲电流的方式,最终在高压发生部以及放电电路构成上能够采用廉价的零部件而达到减少设备中的经济负担。

Claims (5)

1.双模式刺激治疗仪,其特征在于,包括一个外壳里的复数线圈;为了上述复数线圈上供应独立脉冲电流,而具有复数放电电路的,脉冲电流输出部;为了独立供应为上述脉冲电流输出部的复数放电电路上充电的高压脉冲的,复数高压发生部;根据运转模式,控制上述复数放电电路和上述复数高压发生部,使上述复数线圈中至少由一个线圈产生磁场的控制部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双模式刺激治疗仪,其特征在于,所述复数放电电路各包括电容器与半导体开关,通过上述控制部控制随之开关的上述半导体开关,传达上述脉冲电流到上述线圈。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双模式刺激治疗仪,其特征在于,所述复数线圈根据外壳内结构以条块分割空间内各自分离安装,并且电流上各自独立以多个束状形式形成。
4.根据权利要求2所述的双模式刺激治疗仪,其特征在于,所述控制部控制中接收控制信号后,为了控制上述复数放电电路的半导体开关,还包括了能够各自输出脉冲的复数输出部。
5.根据权利要求2所述的双模式刺激治疗仪,其特征在于,所述半导体开关为晶闸管。
