Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种内窥镜开关式血管夹器械,该血管夹器械包括血管夹及血管钳,所述血管夹由三角形的夹子部及夹接边组成,互为平行的夹接边上设有向外凸出的边道;所述血管钳包括手持部及叉型的钳头,钳头两个叉边的内侧设有向内的与凸出的边道相嵌合的滑槽。本实用新型的优点是在内窥镜手术中,血管钳用于置入和取出血管夹,并开关相应的血管,减少微创手术出血,降低手术风险。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种外科医疗器械,特别涉及一种内窥镜开关式血管夹器械。
背景技术
在部分开放式手术中,特别是某些大手术、复杂手术或者血供丰富的器官手术当中,如因肝肿瘤需部分肝切除者,脾摘除者等,由于大血管的开放,造成手术中出血过多,不但增加手术难度,且严重危及患者的安全。为此,已有同行在普外科、心胸外科、妇产科等外科领域,应用血管夹,在术时夹闭的供应血管,术后再开放,这样术中阻断血流,极大的减少了手术失血量,降低了手术风险,保障了患者的安全;术后所供应器官的功能损害小,恢复快,血管夹在外科临床等到广泛的应用。
开放式手术为传统手术途径,随着社会进步和经济发展,已显现其诸多弊端:1)皮肤切口导致创伤;2)术后疼痛明显;3)术后肠道及各项生命体征恢复慢;4)住院时间长;5)术后疤痕明显,影响美观,给病人带来很大的痛苦。内窥镜通过在腹壁或其他身体器官表面打若干个孔,在腔镜下通过器械进行手术操作,由于具有损伤小、病人痛苦少、恢复快等突出优点,已被广泛地应用于临床,如在妇科领域,熟练的术者应用腹腔镜进行微创手术的比率可高达90%,包括盆腔淋巴结清扫及广泛全子宫切除等高难度手术。
然而,在临床实践中发现,没有可以在内窥镜下使用的开放式血管夹及相应器械。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是要提供一种使用简便的用于内窥镜下的开关式血管夹器械。
为了解决以上的技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种内窥镜开关式血管夹器械,该血管夹器械包括血管夹及血管钳,所述血管夹由三角形的夹子部及夹接边组成,互为平行的夹接边上设有向外凸出的边道;所述血管钳包括手持部及叉型的钳头,钳头两个叉边的内侧设有向内的与凸出的边道相嵌合的滑槽。血管钳用于置入和取出血管夹。
本实用新型的优越功效在于:在内窥镜手术中,血管钳用于置入和取出血管夹,并开关相应的血管,减少微创手术出血,降低手术风险。

本实用新型提供了一种内窥镜开关式血管夹器械,该血管夹器械包括血管夹1及血管钳2,如图1所示,血管夹1由三角形的夹子部101及夹接边102组成,互为平行的夹接边102上设有向外凸出的边道103;如图2所示,血管钳2包括手持部201及叉型的钳头202,钳头202两个叉边的内侧设有向内的与凸出的边道103相嵌合的滑槽203。血管钳2用于置入和取出血管夹1。
本实用新型的应用实例:
实例1:在腹腔镜下行广泛全子宫切除等妇科手术时,夹、放髂内动脉,减少术中出血;
实例2:在腹腔镜下行部分肝切除等普外科时,夹、放肝动脉,减少术中出血;
实例3:血管微创外科中,阻断动脉,切除血管瘤等;
实例4:腹腔镜肾上腺切除术等多种泌尿外科手术中应用。

1.一种内窥镜开关式血管夹器械,其特征在于:该血管夹器械包括血管夹及血管钳,所述血管夹由三角形的夹子部及夹接边组成,互为平行的夹接边上设有向外凸出的边道;所述血管钳包括手持部及叉型的钳头,钳头两个叉边的内侧设有向内的与凸出的边道相嵌合的滑槽。
